Sadie
Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA

My parents found Sadie as a stray near my grandmother’s farm in September 2008, and she was estimated at three weeks old. At four weeks, my husband and I decided to add her to our family. We had a couple of rough months, since she battled internal parasites. In this photo, she was about five weeks old, and had crawled into a duffel bag to take a nap. She has grown into a beautiful kitten, who has a bit of attitude and spunk. We love her and she has added a lot to our family!

Peek-a-boo Sadie. Beautiful Lady. Beauty and character! Now that you have a family to love, you have at all.
She looks like a little possum baby. Very cute.
Kittens and denim. What IS it about kittens and denim? Guarantees a COA inducing picture!
What big eyes you have………..
I think you meant she has a lot of CATitude, not attitude! Because she’s a CAT!
P.S. I am petitioning Merriam-Webster to add the word “catitude” to their dictionaries. You can send them a message at this link:

THUD……….I’m in love! She is such a sweetie! I’ve had calicos all my life and they are such fun to be with and to watch…..May you and Sadie have many “peek-a-boo” years together!
What a beauty! Thanks for taking such good care of her.
Sadie is beautiful. Her expression is endearing and her large hazel eyes in that small face are irresistible. It’s pretty obvious she likes you, since she slept in your bag atop your clothes, and she is peeking out at you trustfully. Beautiful markings too. Thanks for adopting and loving her. I think the comment that she looks like a possum baby, they meant big eyes and tiny little face, but I think she resembles more a sugar glider (Australian marsupial) than a possum. For example video, very cute, see wazala-blog.blogspot.com/2006_10_15_archive.html or just google sugar glider. No offense but possums aren’t known for their looks, and Sadie could make the cover of JAVA (journal of American Veterinarian’s association). Thanks for sharing the photo.
Thank you everyone for the wonderful comments about Sadie. She is now six months old and is quite the character. If you’d like to see more photos of her (and our other cats), please visit our blog at http://aboutthecats.blogspot.com
Sadie!!!
She IS a beauty. I’m kitten smitten!
It’s all that lovely eyeshadow marking and those PEEPERS! Think we could nominate her for a cover of JAVA, Annabelle10X ?
Happy Monday to everyone.

Look at her beautiful eyes. I’m so glad you adopted her.
We have had dozens of kittens in our lifetime.
Sadie is one the most cutest of them all. She will always be a friendly and playful cat.
