Hopefully Lithuania doesn't and never will have pet overpopulation like this country does.If someone really loves cats,she/he can find them in any shelter/ rescue group/breed rescue. (I saved a purebreed Norwegian Forest Cat from being euthanized at a shelter years ago) There are endless numbers of cats that are just as beautiful, but get killed in shelters because of irresponsible people breeding them and not getting their cats spayed or neutered and contributing to the misery. I just hope Lithuania doesn't and never will have a problem like this. Pets are not a fashion items but breathing,living, feeling creatures just like us. By the way they are mammals just like humans. Bogie now lives with me, and 3 Corgis. But, as we all know, Bogie is the boss. The Maine Coon has turned out to be the best cat I have ever had in my 60 plus years. Brossom and Bacardi are my favorites. If you were in the US, they would now be living in my home forever. I know they all will be in good loving, forever, homes soon.
