Bill & Izzie
Location: Edelstein, Illinois, USA
These siblings, Bill (yellow) and Izzie (tortie), are nearly two years old now, but still run, play, and chase daily! They were taken early from their mother by a couple who then couldn’t keep them, so we were happy to step in and adopt. They have brought such joy to our home, and even turned my husband into a “cat person”.

What beautiful kitties; I hope Izzie will understand but I have always had very soft spot for orange boy cats. Personally I think most people have an “inner cat person” if they just find the right kitty to help them find it!
I have a soft spot for orange boycats too. We adopted a pair of siblings very similar in color to these two…Tansey is a dilute tortie, much softer colors than Miss Izzie, but still adorable.

Izzy does look a bit annoyed, but Bill looks like he’s accepting of anything! I wonder if this is how they balance each other? Yin and Yang kitties!
I think Siobahn is right about the “waking from a kitten powernap”. I see the wheels turning in their little kitty brains and the shenanigans are about to begin! Such pretty colors too.

Thank you all so much for your comments. Yes, they were just waking up from a kitten nap, and little Miss Izzie doesn’t like to be awakened prematurely! She definitely has the “tortie-tude”. She chose my hubby as hers, and there’s been no looking back! Bill is the typical big orange sweetie–super mellow. They are both big sweeties, although this fame has gone to their heads!
I’d rather be kitten napping with these two than at work.
I’m with Giggles, we can always use more cat people indeed, so I am so glad they converted your husband! Thank you so much for giving Izzie and Bill fur-ever homes! I love the orange toms as well and tortie mama kittys. Pet them both for me.
