Martha & Mali
Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada
These two cats were found in the engine compartment of a car, huddled against the engine for warmth against the winter cold. Martha (on the left) had become tangled in the alternator belt and was badly burned. Mali wouldn’t leave her side and cuddled her until she healed. Now they’re both healthy and happy and still the best of friends!

Awww Martha and Mali,your story brought tears to my eyes.First the sadness that they were cold and outside and sought to get warm by a car engine,and that Martha was burned by being caught in the alternator ,but a joyful tear that Mali was so devoted and loving and wouldnt leave Marthas side,which being loved like that surely helped Martha to heal.And a joyful tear that a good soul took them both in and loves them and takes care of them in their furever home. Bless you for that.I wish you all happy long healthy lives.
