Oscar came to me when I took my dog into the Vet and had asked if they knew of any kittens that might need a home. They had just found Oscar and his two other siblings outside behind their office and estimated that they were only three to four weeks old and had just opened their eyes. I just fell in love with his whiskers and his fumbled look. Later I found out that he is a Maine Coon Cat that was four years ago and now his head is as big he was when he was a baby.

What a sweet, confused-looking little kitten! It’s as if he is absolutely flabbergasted to discover that those claws on his paw are indeed his. I never saw such an expression of utter amazement on a kitten’s face like this! Oscar is one sweet little kitty clown!

I think it’s funny the way they’re unaware of the fact that something is actually a part of their body until they bite it — ouch!

He looks like a real sweetie. I had a half Maine Coon cat. He was my best friend until the end. Now I have a Main Coon mix who’s also my best friend.
Tuxedo kitten day! He is surely a cute one. I love the tuxedo kitties having known some memorable ones. Many, many purr-fect years with what sounds like a very big kitty man!
Gotta keep those toenails trimmed!

Oscar is proof that wonderful things come in small-but-will-expand-enormously packages! He’s so intensely sweet in that photo, I love his concentration giving that wee hind paw a good clean. Kudos to you for adopting him
