Riley
Location: Waterford, Michigan, USA

The Heck with the “Purr Pads”! Riley and his sisters have been almost living in the box, but, will not go near the Purr Pads. That just goes to show the best toys are almost free. He is a ten-month-old Scottish Fold.

Pumpkin
Location: Dublin, Ireland

Pumpkin is such a sweet little kitty, I took him and his litter mate Sprinkles about eight months ago and he warms my heart with his little cute face, constant purring and the way he loves his blanket and his brother. He is very playful and loves to chirp at me when he wants to tell me something. He is a placid little creature who loves to sleep and is a total piglet when it comes to his food! I don’t know how I got by before I had Pumpkin and Sprinkles.

Gypsy
Location: Martinsville, Virginia, USA

Gypsy is such a sweet kitty. Loves to play with her feathery toys. But she stays true to her name. She won’t sit in one spot for long. She’s got a Gypsy Soul. Adventurous but still enjoys sprawling out on the sunny corner of the bed and watching birds and traffic pass by on a sunny day. Very gentle and playful with my two children. She likes to remind her little brother Jax who’s boss. She knows she’s the queen around here. There’ll be no mistake about that!

Tippy
Location: Sherman Oaks, California, USA

I heard this little girl crying outside my apartment building one night. Her tail was injured and she had a small injury to her face. I took her in, fed her and gave her a good bath. Four days later she had an emergency surgery to amputate her little tail (she also got spayed in the process). She is now a happy and very energetic little girl with a stump for a tail. When she is fully recovered and a little bigger, she will be free to play with her awaiting big brother cat, Milo!

Mariella
Location: Lutcher, Louisiana, USA

Well, we had two kittens before her: Teddy and Licorice. They were the best of friends. Then one day Teddy, a cat I have been having for seven years now, just disappeared. I miss him terribly everyday and Licorice started to get depressed as I was. Then one day my mom said that we should get another kitten so Mama cat(Licorice) wouldn’t be so depressed. We got Mariella, and her and Licorice weren’t to fond of each other at first, and now a year later, they hunt birds together. No cat will ever replace Teddy. I miss him so much sometimes it hurts, but then I think, he’s in the arms of the angels now.

Mittens
Location: New Orleans

We got her from a mum at the school. We are lucky because they told us they left the next litter in the rain and they all died. We are so lucky to have our Mittens! She get along with her adoptive brothers and sisters, Scratchy, Itchy, Marie and Oliver!

Tiger Lily
Location: Asheville, North Carolina

I took In Lily”s mother when my neighbors abandoned her, little did i knowm that she was pregnant. A couple weeks later and the mamma cat moved her kittens, then three days old, into my apartment. I knew Tiger Lily was mine when she was purring in my lap at two weeks old. She has the loudest purr i have ever heard, but rarely speaks. As long as she has a fuzzy toy with catnip and a blanket she is happy.
