Ashes
Location: San Antonio, Texas

Ashes was born to a mama cat that has lived as a stray in our apartment complex for over 12 years. Everyone in our building has just kind of adopted her and looks after her to make sure she’s healthy and happy. I love her dearly and was so proud to be able to take one of her kittens. The other three from the litter were taken in by other residents in our building. He is the sweetest little thing!

someone should trap pretty ashes mum and have her neutered – she’ll live happier and healthier without having kittens all the time. Ashes is gorgeous, well done rescuing him, and kudos to your building for saving his sibs
Pounce as a very cutie patootie and Star-kit today at TDK!
Little Ashes is adorable! Cheers for rescuing her and her littermates.

Ashes, ashes, we all fall down — due to COA.
Hugs and head butts to this handome fellow.
PS .. please see my post in “Purrs” re 2 kitties in Maine. Thank you.
Please have the mama cat fixed. She will be happier for it.
Looks like my cat Bella. She is a beauty
What a beauty……
Ashes is very handsome. Thank you for taking him in. If his mom is friendly, it would be easy to get her to the vet for spaying. You can check with local shelters about free spay/neuter clinics for homeless cats.

Kitty Pie!!! I love this story!!! Ashes is so cute!!! Same thing happened to me. But I adopted Mama and baby. Now Velvet and Peep are doing fine. We need more people like you to help the strays living on their own.
Ashes is a floofie sweetie pie! Bless you and all your neighbors for caring for Mama and adopting her babies. I agree with getting Mama fixed; it will assure her a healthier life. I wish you and Ashes many happy, healthy years of kitty cuddles and smooches.
Aww! That is so sweet that everyone is taking care of mummy cat and given her kitties homes in the same building! Well done! A similar thing happened to me when my son was 14 months old. We’d found a stray cat near our building and adopted her. Not long after, she blessed us with FIVE healthy kittens! We decided right from the start to keep her and one of her daughters and we found homes for the other four sibs right in the same building as well. When the little kitty was old enough, we had her and her mummy spayed.
Oh how sweet. Someone should adopt mama too to make sure she is taken care of.
Very adorable kitten and sweet story! Hope you have many years of love and companionship with him and his mommy!!
Aww! Sweet baby blue eyes!
Mama cat certainly blessed her benefactors with some cute kittens!
So cute! Ashes looks like my Drakey!
