Calypso Bean
Location: Nova Scotia, Canada
Calypso Bean the calico cat was my very first cat. She was sweet, playful, and loved giving (and receiving!) affection. This photo was taken when she was around five months old. She chased butterflies and hunted bugs on her first outdoor adventure. Calypso died unexpectedly on November 12th (at the young age of 1 year and 9 months) but she will never be forgotten.

I am so sorry for your loss!! Calypso Bean ( unusual and lovely name) had such distinctive markings. Such a pretty little girl. May the fact that she loved and was loved and had a happy life comfort you!
Calypso Bean is gorgeous, I love her markings. Losing your little girl at such a young age is so hard and sad. I am glad both had so many happy, playful and lovings times together. Miss Calypso Bean is watching over you from across the Rainbow Bridge.

Calypso was a beautiful girl. I’m also glad that you had each other. Losing an animal unexpectedly is incredibly difficult. I too have high hopes that we will see our fur babies again. May Calypso’s spirit & good memories stay with you.

How heartbreaking – Calypso was a lovely little cat; my condolences on having to part so soon. There is some comfort, I think, in knowing she loved and was loved, and will always have a place in your heart.
There she is! We did not have to wait long to see the beautiful Calypso Bean. What a great picture of her too! It’s so perfect with the green grass and sky and trees behind. What a great adventure she was having! I am so sorry you didn’t have more time with her here. Thank you for sharing her with us for today. Her memory will live on in our hearts as well as yours and Cassini’s. Gone but never forgotten.

I lost my one and only puppy Sherry 17 years ago but she is still in my mind and heart and forever in my dreams.

Oh why is it these sweet calico’s go away so soon? I’ve lost two of my beloved that way. I’m glad you got to have her love while she was on this earth
