(To those who don’t understand Indonesian: a kici is a kind of boat. The letter C in Indonesia is pronounced as ch in “cheese”; I assume the H was added here so that we foreigners would pronounce it properly. So what I said up there is: Little Kichi is not a boat of course! She is a beautiful cat.)
Kichi (written with a cs – kicsi – but pronounced as kichi)is also a word in Hungarian – it means small! She won’t stay tiny for long though, she’ll grow into a beautiful cat in no time.
God put you at the right place at the right time and how. Thank you for rescuing this teeny tiny little girl. Her eye expression makes her look so much older. Give her a careful snuffle for me. Many happy loving years with your wondrous kit!

Between Surabaya Javanese Kichi and the Pattaya Thai kittens we’ve met here, I think I’m going to have to embark on a journey of discovery of Southeast Asian kittenhood! They are really very special and one can see how the so-called Oriental breeds were based on the normal cats of that part of the world, very delicate and fine-boned, even when properly fed.
