Ignatius the Great

Almost five years ago, I was devasated, mourning the loss of my best cat-friend of twelve years, to cancer. I was in no hurry to “Replace” her..it seemed so callous.
But on a local forum, someone announced a litter for adoption. I decided to do an “Interview”.
I went to the lady’s house, and she brought out a basket of kittens. I announced, “I have an opening for a cat…Who wants to win the Lottery today?”
Out from the pack bounced a little gentleman in a tuxedo, who ran up my leg, onto my shoulder, and attempted to get into my shirt pocket. It turned out he was the one in the litter with perfect markings, so weeks later, when he was ready, it was to the vet for the checkup and shots, then home. I knew from the first he would be a great friend, hence his name. He took readily to leash training, and we have daily walks, to the amusement of joggers who pass by. Little did I know how the name would be prophetic..today he weighs 15 1/2 pounds, but is a LONG cat and sleek as a panther. We are best buddies, and inseparable.
Since then, many friends have told me, “It’s always best when the CAT chooses YOU”.
He has his own website, but has trouble typing. No thumbs, you know, so I help. It was written mostly for the nieces.

Flynn & Watson

The grand-daughter of my university tutor found a small, friendly stray female (maybe seven-eight months old?) on their farm. They took her in and had a surprise a couple of weeks later when these fellows came along! After a little advice on socialising kittens from me (most of which was gleaned from reading your forums) these healthy, happy, friendly boys came to me and my fiance and momma cat is now neutered and living happily on the farm with my tutor. These two boys Watson (cream tabby) and Flynn (ginger) are now six months old and the most stupidly lovable kittens I’ve ever met. They will cuddle with anyone, and enjoy having their tummies rubbed. Favourite things include: sleeping on daddy’s shoulders while he is working; shredding big balls of paper; chasing milk bottle tops like prey; falling asleep on the laptop while their mummy is trying to type; and causing havoc together before pretending it wasn’t them! But without fail you will find them every day curled up together asleep.

Coffee
Location: Kaohsiung, Taiwan
In the southern Taiwan city of Kaohsiung, there is a very very cute cat called Coffee. Coffee is a very gentlemanly male cat. He’s good, with a very obedient personality guaranteed to impress.
Do you know children who bully cats? Coffee will not bite, he just quietly babysits. Does your cat scratch things? Coffee will not, he obediently sticks with his cat scratch board. When you are sick, will your cat will accompany you? Even help you with a foot spa? Coffee will, he will help you.
Have you seen a cat’s eyes so pure?

Roza
Location: Sterling, Michigan, USA
Roza was a shelter kitten. She came to live with us and her fur brother Riley TDK 10/18/11 when she was just seven weeks old. She had a major flea infestation and had to be kept in the office in the garage for two days before she got introduced to her furever home and family. She has adapted well as you can tell she took over a chair all her own and her extra toes help her keep her brother out of her territory. She has a voice all her own also and lets us know when it’s dinner time.

These two beautiful babies were born to a feral momma that we were feeding. we brought them in and they are the most loving babies ever. we have cats of our own so we need to find a forever home for them. wish we could keep them, we are getting attached. we would like to wish every one a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New year.

Bella
Location: Tonganoxie, Kansas, USA
We are a member of a Pet Site on Facebook and saw Bella as a kitten "that we need to get rid of immediately". My husband went to see her and she was dirty and meowing a lot. He couldn’t let her go home with anyone else but us. We have had her for three days and absolutely love her. She is such a sweet kitty! In the pic I’ve added she is playing with the charger of the iPhone I’m taking the pic with. Thanks!

Kellee

Kellee isn’t quite one year old in this pic, spending her first Christmas with us. She was the sweetest kitten and is still so sweet now that she is all grown-up. She is the chattiest cat and "talks" all the time, which annoys her older sister to no end. Her sister has the tiniest voice and tweets like a small bird to get our attention.
