Location: Huntington Beach, California, USA
In 2002 we found Kobe through a friend whose sister had a farm where there was a huge litter of kittens; 12, I think. My son named him Kobe after his [then] favorite basketball player and it still makes us laugh – he is name after a very athletic and graceful athlete but is a HUGE klutz!! Our Kobe-Cat makes us smile every day.

If Mr. Kobe is like most Orangies, he is a lover boy! Orangies are so affectionate. He is precious and I’m glad he’s grown into collar. Many more happy, klutzy times a ahead.

Koby is a doll! So glad he makes you smile; he makes me smile just looking at his awesome picture!
So glad you all like the pic of my Kobe! He did grow into – and then out of the red collar! He is a very big boy at 14 pounds and long enough to stand on the floor and reach what he wants on the table! He is as loving as orange boys are reported; I had surgery in December and he was by my side for the whole recovery. He is a very handsome, well-loved and spoiled pet.
Beachcomber’s description is classic for orange guys. Kobe is CUTE!

It’s soooo funny when they get their timings wrong for jumps at play. Wouldn’t be without my two home wreckers. Not a day goes by without something (usually a bin) getting knocked over.
