One morning my husband came in from the garden just as we were about to leave for work. He said, “We are back in the kitten fostering business!” And, we were. A 10 week old kitten had mysteriously appeared in our garden. We wonder if someone had dropped him off, knowing that we do kitten fostering on a regular basis for local rescue groups. Snowshoe is a gorgeous part Siamese with bright blue eyes. He meows very politely when he wants you to play with him. Sitting in laps is his favorite activity, except when he suddenly feels the need to race around the room as though it were a racetrack. Snowshoe got adopted by his Forever Family yesterday!

What a handsome kitten. I agree with both of you above: as much as I’d love to foster kittens (if I lived somewhere that allowed me to have pets), I’d probably end up wanting to keep them all!

Thank you for your foster kitten “business.” So many kittahs wouldn’t have a chance without your care. Mr. Snowshoe is so handsome and will grace his new furever home for many years.
It takes a big heart to foster kittens. Thank you for taking him in and preparing him for his permanent family. I wish them many good years together. I have to agree with pussigato, all my cats are former fosters who were given a second (or third) chance for a happy life.

Everyone is so dazzled by the gorgeous baby Snowshoe, & by your generosity, that I get to POUNCE on the beautiful kitteh! Bless you for fostering, it’s a task that is not for everyone – but thank goodness for folks like you who can love a our feline friends and then release them to a loving furrever home.
