Widget, (Ickle Widgiekins to my wife) was found, starving, in a drainage ditch by my sister-in-law when he was about 5 weeks old. He has grown up in a household with a Beagle and a Lab so he thinks he’s a dog.
Seriously, he goes outside with them to bark at the neighborhood kids. Strangest sound I’ve ever heard.
His other hobbies are eating Aloe Vera plants, sleeping, eating the dogs food, hunting bugs and licking my heel while I work at the PC.
Your cat is absolutely the most funny cat I’ve ever heard of.

Wow, I have a “dog” cat too. He barks and prefers dog food to cat food and begs at the table for people food. It’s crazy but we love him. Oh and his name is Spot! Maybe it’s the doggie name that’s gotten him confused…=^..^=
Awe, the kitty is so cute! I love cat/dogs. My Aunt has one and he goes outside on a leash, just loves it! See, cats are fun too!
We used to have a calico cat named Jo-Jo—she would eat anything–dog food included–but she wouldn’t eat cat food.
I used to have a yard customer with a cat named Mindy. She was white, and had a black tail and tabby markings oin her right hind leg. When I would reach under bushes to pull weeds, she would approach and bite my fingers!
So wonderful that you guys took him in to your family. He sounds like a joy.
