Nico’s about six weeks old here, but don’t let the subdued picture fool you. She’s a little fireball! Must be all those toes - an extra one on each paw!

Quick, have some chocolate! Rest your head on this pillow and munch on some chocolate till you feel better. Take as long as you want; I can’t risk you getting up too soon. Gaze at Nico while you’re still laying down. Getting better?
Gasp!
Joan! You have been so profetional I am way impressed! Makes me wish I fainted!
:-O
I am there for you, all of you, when you need me - my awsome cyber-kitty-lovin’ family!
–Joan–
*What a sweetheart
If you aren’t a registered nurse, you should be
Thanks Joan I needn’t that. Is there anything that can’t be cured with chocolate?
Eeep! Polydactyl kitty! Looks like a cutie!
GIGANTIC feet! What a doll! I love kitties with extra toesies, all the more to nuzzle and kiss!
Kitties with thumbs… they are getting ready for worl domination!!!
ehmmm… World domination….
is that anything like “whirled peas”?
T
HA-HA-HA, Thomas! I had to say “whirled peas” out loud before I got it. In my sister’s high school psych class the teacher asked who knew what euthanasia meant…some kid piped up… “young people from China?”
You and Thomas are wrong for that. You know that don’t you? :-)))
–Bet it made you laugh tho sharon
And he’s planning to cause trouble with them, while maintaining cute innocent face. “Oh, you didn’t want me to shred the curtains for you? But they’re so much more fun to play with like this? See?”
….. 13 seconds too late!
Morning, TDK’ers! I hope everyone had a good weekend.
What a cutie!
Oh my… what a little doll !
I have bacon, eggs, waffles, fresh strawberries, whipped cream and your choice of beverage for breakfast this morning. Help yourself… I’m off to work.
Hello TDKr’s -
I’ll add some blueberry syrup and vanilla ice cream to those waffles. These virtual breakfasts are awsome! Ooh, mimosas too, with choice of peach or orange juice.
Check out Willy and Sassy from Saturday and Sunday if you haven’t already; you won’t be dissapointed. What cuties! Also noticed 2 polydactyls in a row. Cats with thumbs, hmmm.
i’ll add chocolate in any form you choose…
A fluffy morning to one and all. How about some fresh blueberries and strawberries to go with the waffles and fresh squeezed orange juice!
Ooohh - May I please have some egss and waffles with blueberry sauce and vanilla ice cream - and a mimosa with fresh orange juice? Yummmm!
Make that two!
Goodmorning everybody!
Anybody want some French toast? Should be nice with warm strawberries and powdered sugar…
Here’s brisket, ribs, cheeseburgers, sausage, burned bacon and lard for HM. C’mon HM, you know you love it.
Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream, turkey sausages, fresh orange juice and a mocha with scharffenberger chocolate in it. yummy!
Sorry forgot to say good morning, good afternoon and if I don’t see you later good evening (you would know that line from the Truman Show).
Hope all of you had a nice Father’s Day. I sent my dad a real live card and e-card and then I called him. I will be seeing him next weekend. Off to sign up with another employment agency and then to a job interview at a bank. Thinking of calling the Regional Managing Director to notify him of the poor professional behavior at ML. Hubby thinks I should just let it go but I feel the need to let them know I was treated shabbily. Oh well. On to bigger and better things anyways.
Hi, Kittenmaster! Hi, Alex!
I’ll take a waffle, but will put some of the fresh peaches I brought to share on it.
I also brought cocoa whipped cream for beverages (or anything else).
Hello everybody! What a wonderful breakfast! So many treats to nibble - I don’t know where to start…
Hi Karin - So sorry that ML have treated you so poorly! However, like others have said, it just means that that was not the right job for you and that something better will come along! I know that turned out to be true for me when I graduated from university. I desperately wanted a job with this one company and did get an interview, but was not hired. I was so depressed. But in the end the job I got was really so much better I’m glad it worked out the way it did. Funnily enough, I’ve found that showing annoyance with a prospective employer is not necessarily a bad thing! Once I was able to bring attention to myself when I complained to a company that they should not be advertising jobs and then sending letters to applicants stating that they had no openings, and another I actually got annoyed during an interview - and I got an offer! You just never can tell!
Karin don’t burn your bridges with ML you never know when another job with them would open and be perfect for you. If you tell off someone from that company they could end working for the next company you are interviewing with. It is hard to just swollow your justified anger but you never know what the future holds keep on the high road.
I agree with Susan. My daughter and her dept were recently laid off with no warning whatsoever. Pick up your things and leae. You were great but…Now she’s working for a sister company at much higher pay less than a month later. As Susan says, stick to the high road. And you know why? Because we at TDK know how awesome you really are!
Too late…I sent off an email to the Managing Director. I told hubby…I won’t ever get a job at ML now and I don’t want one from them so no worries. Anyways I prefer a good job that pays a decent wage and where I am valued. That wouldn’t have happened at ML with them paying $10k below my asking price and two of the Financial Advisors showing attitudes/egos. Not my cup of tea anymore! Phone heating up today. Interviews everyday M-Thur! Three tomorrow - one at an agency, one is a phone interview and the third is at Genentech for a temp position.
–Karin–
The best of luck to you
–BTW
Karin, did you feel the small quake this morning in your area?
Uh oh - cats with thumbs! That’s gonna be trouble!
Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream, please, and I’ll try a peach mimosa.
I brought some Greek yogurt with honey. Mmm mmm good!
Love the many-toed kitties. Nico must have good traction in her happy home. What a sweetie!
Oh, what a cutie. She’s going to be a great climber with those paws.
Yes, I can picture him hanging from the curtains…
Sorry, Nico - you’re a girl kitty! My bad.
Good morning Alex and everyone! Afternoon, Kittenmaster!
Good morning everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!
Big favor to ask, please send some positive energy to Kittyman this morning, he’s still not feeling well, have a call in to the vet to figure out what to do next. I sure do hate seeing my little buddy feeling so down….
Have a great day all!
LeeAnn I will send the positive energy and prayers your way for Kittyman. What is the problem?
He can’t seem to get over this cold. He’s taken his 7 days of antibiotics, his decongestants and nose drops, but now it looks like it’s turned into a sinus infection. He just looks so wore out, I feel so bad for him….that look on his face when I walk up to him with a tissue to wipe his nose is pityful…
Poor little Kittyman. Have you tried rubbing some vaseline onto his nose. It’s probably raw and sore. Purrs and prayers for the little fella.
Oh - poor baby! Sending lots of purrs, headbonks and positive thoughts coming your way.
Prayers and purrs heading your way. I hope your baby gets to feeling better soon.
Poor little guy! Sending good wishes his way. Is he still eating?
Have you tried keeping him in one room with a humidifer? Some can take a Vicks additive to the water.
Sorry your Kittyman is still feeling poorly, LeeAnne. Sending him hugs, purrs and prayers that he starts to get much better soon.
So sorry he isn’t feeling well, LeeAnne. I hope the vet can figure it out and get him to feeling better soon.
Prayers and good healing thoughts coming your way, LeeAnne. Hope Kittyman will be okay–let us know what happens.
purrs and headbutts to Kittyman. i hope he feels better.
My furry ones send purrs and headbonks to Kittyman. Hope he feels better soon.
Much positive energy going out to Kittyman. You too, LeeAnne. It’s so hard to see our fuzz-buddies not feeling well.
Awwww…poor sniffles. Hope hefeels better, LeeAnne. Maybe a vaporizer will help?
Aww, certainly…~~~~ (postive energy beaming his way) ~~~~
He is so lucky to have you to take such good care of him. Poor little kittyman, it’s so hard to see your babies ailling. A world of purrs and positive thoughts heading your way. Alright Kittyman, we’re routing for you to pull through and start feeling better.
I gave Kittyman a treat on his page…just a virtual one, but maybe it will help him feel better soon!
Thank you everyone, you guys mean the world to me!
Just got off the phone with my vet and since his nose is running only on one side, it could be a sign of a tumor in this sinuses eventhough it looks like a sinus infection. My options are to try some different antibiotics (which I chose) or to have his sinuses scoped. Not sure, at his age, I want to put him through all that. Please keep your fingers crossed these next antibiotics clear him all up…….I don’t want to let him go, and cannot afford the scope, and if they find something the radiation treatments….Thank you everyone for all your thoughts and prayers.
It may look like a sinus infection, but it could be a fungal infection. I know scoping is expensive, but consider having the vet culture some of the material first, or at least look at it under a microscope, to get a better idea of what you’re dealing with.
Headbonks and prayers are sent in your direction.
LeeAnne in FL………..One of my kits had the same illness as Kittyman……Two weeks on Clavamox, found no relief or improvement. My vet also mentioned the possibility of a sinus tumor. I went another round of meds, this time Baytril. After one dose, there was remarkable improvement. And in a few days, it had taken care of the problem. It’s pretty scary when the word tumor comes up. Hope Kittyman does well with the new meds.
Zithromax helped my Phoebe with her chronic nasal infection. I don’t know the generic name, but the vet should recognize it. She had two rounds of treatment with her horrible snotty nose and she has been free of any symptoms for nearly a year now. I would always bring her into the bathroom when we showered or bathed, too as the warm moist air was good for her. Now I can’t take a bath without her “assisting” me!
Thanks guys for the uplifting comments! I am an absolute mess over this “possible tumor” scare, I just want my buddy to get well!
The vet said she was calling in Zithromax for him and said I should start seeing improvement right away if its just a bad infection. God I hope that’s all it is….Ever so grateful for all your encouraging comments…..
Poor Kittyman! I looked at your Catster page and he looks so much like my late-great Spanky! Prayers to both of you
Think Positively. Prayers, Purrs and headbonks for Kittyman, and for you.
Love to Kittyman..
Oh noes! Poor Kittyman! Positive thoughts, purrs and head bonks sent!
Kittyman is so distinguished looking gentleman who wears his tuxedo ever so casually. My girl sent gentle private smooches for him - don’t tell that to my boy.
Please, keep us informed.
–LeeAnne–
Chin scritches & gentle headbunts to Kittyman that he starts feeling better
Purrs and headbonks to you and Kittyman! Hope he is OK and please keep us posted–WE CARE!
I guess I am glad that I never had children as I looked at the kitty and thought what a sweet cuddlely kitty so docil. This fireball fooled me as I am sure kids would too. Not my little babies!
Those Paws!! So cute I want to kiss them and her cute little nose. I have 2 cats and a dog helping me change the sheets on my bed.
I gave up for the moment but I think they are all still sitting on it and waiting for me. the dog is the same size as the cats.
