POUNCE
A six-pack of FUZZ! Beautious!
oh my, oh my, oh my!!! A box full of furrballs - look at those sets of blue eyes!!! too cute - hope they all find just wonderful homes.
–I noticed all the blue eyes as well
I have never known a cat to have that many kittens in one litter. Five is the most I’ve seen. Poor momma must’ve been exhausted after having this brood.
Good Morning,Afternoon,Evening everyone
**Wish I knew how Alex was doing w/Star & her new kitties
Really? First rescue I ever did was a very pregnant female patched calico tabby, who had 7 kittens; 3 patched orange tabbies, 2 patched gray tabbies, and 2 black & whites.
The average litter size for Siamese is about six kittens but much larger litters of ten or more are not uncommon.
–funny–
The Siamese in our neighborhood has had 3 litters. 4 in the 1st two litters & 5 in her most recent litter.
*If I were her I’d be wanting to slap some toms into the next county if they got near me.
Which brings up Mom’s cat Big Mac.
She was a stray mom started feeding but would not bring into the house because she was a female stray and all female strays are pregnant. Ok, by the time she relented Big Mac was pregnant. (Old wives tales will bite you nearly every time.)
Big Mac was named by her habit of appearing at the slightest hint that Mom was getting her food. It had to be telepathy because she would come running to the porch before the dry food could rattle or the can-opener start to whir. And Dad said she (the cat) was having a “Big Mac Attack” like the current McDonalds commercial.
“Big Mac” stuck for her name.
Well, when grossly pregnant with the “Quarter Pounders” Mac was taking stroll on the front walk for some sun when one of her former beaus came running up to her with the “Hi where you been toots?” line and she smacked the fire out of him. Kinda a Captn Jack, “I may have deserved that” scene.
Dad roared with laughter and said “Mackie, you should have thought about doing that a couple of months ago!”
That storey is soooo funny. I was nearly peeing in my pants when I read to the end.

My patent request just got pushed down a tad before you were able to see it

Sounds like a good plan,huh?

Geez! It’s good I have a six handed nurse robot for situations like this…
It must be fun (and exhausting) watching all these kittens playing. All six look adorable.
I would never leave me house, I want to play with them!
Good morning All!!
Good afternoon KM!!
Hi Alex!

Hi Terri - How are the kittens doing?
The kittens are GREAT!! You should see the littlest ones. My little Tiger climbed into the water bowl and went for a swim. Silly little boy cat!!!
Oh bless! Any chance we can see some pictures?
I’ll have waffles, I think, with maple syrup and some whipped cream. Whipped cream smeared on the waffles in stripes so they look like tabby waffles, in honor of the semi-tabby markings on these adorable fuzzes.
Lucky Dip, kitten style!
what a good looking kittens! cheaper by the 1/2 dozen?
think if i took one they would notice? they are so cute!!!!!!!!!!!
I would notice because I want them all for myself! (Counting to make sure all are here) One…Two…Three… umm…HOLD STILL …I can’t count all of you when you’re all playing around.

Sitting nicely in the share circle, please pass the eggs benedict and a mimosa my way………
Tinafish - here it is, but just want to make sure all are aware it was not written by me, author unknown.
I Am An Animal Rescuer
My job is to assist God’s creatures.
I was born with the drive to fulfill their needs.
I take in helpless, unwanted, homeless creatures without selection.
I have bought dog food with my last dime.
I have patted a mangy head with a bare hand.
I have hugged someone vicious and afraid.
I have fallen in love a thousand times.
And I have cried into the fur of a lifeless body too many times to count.
I have Animal Friends and friends who have animal friends.
I notice those lost on the road side and my heart aches.
I will hand raise a field mouse and make friends with a vulture.
I know of no creature unworthy of my time.
I want to live forever if there aren’t animals in Heaven,
but I believe there are.
Why would God make something so perfect and leave it behind?
Some may think we are masters of the animals,
but the animals have mastered themselves…
something people still haven’t learned.
War and abuse make me hurt for the world,
but a rescue that makes the news gives me hope for mankind.
We are a quiet but determined army
and we are making a difference everyday.
There is nothing more necessary than warming an orphan,
nothing more rewarding than saving a life,
no higher recognition than watching them thrive.
There is no greater joy than seeing a baby play
who, only days ago, was too weak to eat.
By the love of those who I’ve been privileged to rescue,
I have been rescued.
I know what true unconditional love really is,
for I’ve seen it shining in the eyes of so many,
grateful for so little.
I am an Animal Rescuer.
My work is never done.
My home is never quiet.
My wallet is always empty,
but my heart is always full.
Elene, I saw that yesterday, too; thank you, it’s lovely.
Anncetera, any luck with the mama and babies this am?
Mom to Tiga and the gang, scroll down a little ways…
–anncetera–
From your later post yesterday,It looks like your a couple of steps ahead of the game w/the TNR situation
Your a sweetheart for what your doing, all the name of giving these animals a better quality of life. Bless You
–ooops–
that’s all “in” the name of
My eyes filled with tears when I read this….so true. We ARE our brother’s keepers. Darling kittens.
That is truely beautiful and or so true. I never knew what unconditional love was until I rescued my kitties.
This is so beautiful, thank you.
Come on, you guys!!! There are plenty of fluffy babies to pass around today, no need to tussle over who gets one. I can’t believe this whole basket of cuteness! How could you give them up? I couldn’t do it.
It’s…it’s a whole passel o kittens! I’m torn between passing out from the cuteness and joining the circle to have a turn at trying to spoil six kittens alll at once!
While I dither, here’s some lovely orange chocolate chip breakfast bread for everyone.
Well, that’s something I GOT to taste.
Delicious!
It’s a loaded “J” day! My brothers, sisters and I all have names beginning with J. This gang of tigers is just so cute! Think I’ll just “THUD” right in the middle of the J furrballs. Ahhh, that’s the stuff. “SNOOZE*
–Joan– **Who needs a pillow when you have all those kitties to break your fall
*that was funny*

The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals.
It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on the purple box “fund food for animals” for free. This doesn’t cost you a thing.
Corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned animals in exchange for advertising.
Here’s the web site! Pass it along to people you know:

Keeping It Fluffy
Will do so… every day… I Promise…
A great way to remember is to click on the address box and drag it down to your browser’s links. That way, you see it every day whether you open your Favorites or not.
I tried it and it worked thanks for teaching me how to do it. Now I am not such a computer goof but light years a way from being a geek.
Done, will visit daily
A great site! I try to visit every day.
Thank you for the reminder
Done-I put it on my favorites list so I remember to click every day.
I did too!
So did I. Thanks for the reminder.
DITTO!
