Awww how cute!
bella is so adorable she prompted my first dailykitten response!
Gabriel, welcome!
thanks, sharon!
Welcome Gabriel -
I can see why Bella prompted a response - absolutely adorable! She’s got that “come hang out on the couch with me” expression.
wow is Bella ever pretty - a better name could not be had for this cutie!
Awwww…Bella is just precious!!!!
*….Ciao…Bella!….***
Good Morning everyone… HAPPY Saturday!!!!!
errr. CATurday, thank you very much.
She’s very cute- I think I’m ready for a nap too……
D’oh!…Love bella’s half/half/ears….
what a dollface.
bella!
kp
Bella is a 1/2 ‘n 1/2!!!!
What a cutie …. Makes me think of White Russians, I don’t know why.
Maybe because she looks yummy!!!!!!
Yeah! A ‘Joizey’ kitten!
Hehe. I like calicos and tortishell cats. There’s always a color there for everyone. Like black cats, got some black fur, like white cats, got you covered, like orange kitties, yup, got some of that too! And don’t worry, Bella. Lots of humans like napping on couches too.
Yeah, Fred - we just love those joizey kittens!
Good morning, Bella is just a lovely little fuzzball!
What a little sweetheart. I really want to get a POUNCE on this one.
*kisses the little pink nose*
Good morning TDK! Bella certainly makes it worth getting outta bed on a Saturday morning.
Coffee shop is open! We got it all. grab a cup and cuddle a cute fuzzbutt.
I’ve learned to love Vanilla Lattes but I could try something new. Any recommendations?
I’ll cuddle with Bella in the meantime.
I usually just have regular coffee with sugar unless I’m out and about then Capuccino with cinnamon.
Alright. A Capuccino with cinnamon it is, please. But you won’t get Bella from me - She loves to nap on me too.
Happy Caterday!!!
Hope all is well for everyone.
Love Terri
Hi Alex, hope that mama cat and the babies are well
KM, can we please get a tag for the TDK fund? Thanks, Terri
Hooray for a genuine Joisey Girl…she looks like a White Russian before it is stirred. She is as lovely as her name states.
I am off to my 2nd job. Last week I worked for Lancome at Macys, this week Belk. Happy Caturday everyone!
Little Bella like that couch because she matches it! Cats always seem to know where they look good….Home Decor Fuzz!
Bella has the sweetest fact and expression. What a beauty.
Bella has a face that makes you wanna pick her up and snorgle the dickens out of her……….I have a bella……Isabella…
Ciao, Bella! Here’s one kitten, whose name is well deserved and self-explanatory.
Che bella ragazza! Una bambina bellissima!
Yeah, what she said……
I have a vast vocabulary in Italian (10 - 15 words). I was simply admiring her beauty.
‘What a beautiful girl! A gorgeous baby!’
See ya later… I am off to work. See ya on the “night shift”….
Have a wonderful day everyone!!!
You too, have a wonderful day!
What a beauty! I love kitties and have had them since my first Tommy when I was 3.
Bella is certainly working that eyeliner. Purr, purr, purr.
Happy Caterday TDKers!
Any one up for cinnamon rolls?
Hmm. That emoticon didn’t work. How about
I HEART cinnamon rolls!
Bella is a beautiful little baby girl. I’m sure she is the princess at your home.
Yesterday I was washing my living room walls (getting a head start on fall cleaning) and had to remove a large oval mirror. I laid it on the rug, mirror side up. Went back to washing and when I looked around my little LeiLani was dancing on the mirror. It was so funny to watch. Then her brothers joined her and they either dance or lay on it and look at themselves. A temporary new toy for them and you should see the foot prints.
As I am writing this Chester Bean is dancing in circles on the mirror. The older cats aren’t the least bit interested.
Love how the kits find ways to have fun with anything. Chester Bean dancing on the mirror reminds me of Chester/Jerry’s happy spirit. Maybe Chester Bean’s dancing in circles is a reminder to enjoy life, be happy and don’t be afraid to tell someone you love them.
Luv ya all and Big Purrs from Mittens.

That image made me think of the old Pepe Le Pew cartoons & how he always went Boing,Boing,Boing.
Don’t know why it took me there. Think I might need more or stronger coffee?
Susie, I used to love dear old Pepe Le Pew. I don’t think they make cute cartoons anymore and that is a shame.
Actually LeiLani was kind of doing a boing, boing dance when she first discovered the mirror. Will be hanging their toy sometime today if I can ever wash off all the foot prints. Just remembered I have another large mirror stored away (the mirror from my childhood dressing table), I may get that out once in awhile just for laughs.
Awwww! It’s Swan Lake by The Kitlings!
Man, I don’t usually care for ballet, but that’s one show I wouldn’t miss!
Miu, just read your post. I was thinking exactly the same thing. Swan Lake and also kittens ice skating. When I was a girl we had a train garden at Christmas and it included a small oval mirror as ice rink.
Aww - You made me miss kittens! Fortunately I can satisfy that kitten crave on TDK and on Youtube.
When God Created Kitty Cats
When God created kitty cats,
He had no Recipe;
He knew He wanted
something sweet,
As sweet as sweet could be.
He started out with sugar,
Adding just a trace of spice;
Then stirred in drops of
morning dew,
To keep them fresh and nice
He thought cats should be soft to pet,
So He gave them coats of fur;
So they could show they were content,
He taught them how to purr.
He made for them long tails
to wave,
While strutting down the walk;
Then trained them in meow-ology,
So they could do cat-talk.
He made them into acrobats,
And gave them grace and poise;
Their wide-eyes curiosity,
He took from little boys.
He put whiskers on their faces,
Gave them tiny ears for caps;
Then shaped their little bodies,
To snugly fit on laps.
He gave them eyes as big as saucers,
To look into man’s soul;
Then set a tolerance for mankind,
Their purpose and their goal.
Benevolent…and…Generous,
He made so many of them;
Then charged, with fatherly concern,
The human race to love them.
When one jumped up upon His lap,
God gentle stroked its head;
The cat gave Him a kitty kiss,
“What wondrous love,” God said.
God smiled at His accomplishment,
So pleased with His creation;
And said, with pride, as He sat back,
“At last…I’ve reached purr-fection!”

that was fabulous………I feel this way about each and every one of my 24 …….I think alot about how lucky I am to wake up in the middle of the night to find them snuggled up as close as they can get, and when i get up how each one comes and gets love.
Each little fuzz as different as a snowflake………..each love me, Me of all people so imperfect and flawed………..i am humbled.
Brandi Lee, I loved the snowflake analogy, purrfect description.
Hope your life is looking a bit brighter today. Think about you often and when my horde of 21 starts getting to me with their issues, I think about you and your huge family, 2 legged and 4 legged. My mantra has become; if Brandi Lee can do it so can I.
Elene,
again I am truely Humbled.
let me know if you need anything for your fuzzbutts……..and you of course…….
I must confess I am so in love with my brood 4 legged 2 legged lol.
Erwin has turned into a beautiful adoring little cat, I call his name anyewhere in the house and he comes running.
Annie is a talker ……she will yowl at me and then fluff her tail to let me know cuddling is expected.
Elija blue will bring you a soft ball and drop it at your feet to play fetch…..
William and Edward both tilt thier head hen they see you coming……..
Percy is the himalayan that enjoys hugs…..and he molds his little body right up next to you and purrs and drools LOL
those are just a few of the reasons I ever get up in the morning………….

Nice to hear of another cat that plays fetch! - our Pickle will happily go tearing off after a scrunched up bit of paper (her favourite - she doesn’t do ping pong balls!), and trot back to drop it at our feet, eager to repeat again, and again, and again - but why does she pick so late at night to play this game??!!
it does not matter what time of the day or night with Elija Blue either……….i was downstairs last night at 1 am getting pepto…..there he was……..it was like MOMMY hey look what i can do LOL ………….
How are you, Sweetie? I was worried about you!
Love Terri
Feeling better……….not to say that i could cry in a second ….but through friends like you i can redirect my panic into something useful……thinking today about starting a organization to help support the troops……care packages letters ect………
see positive thoughts (deep breath) Hugs back to you.
That is beautiful, Rainingwolf. I loved the poem.
Hope you are feeling better today.
Beautiful - I love it.
That was lovely. Thanks, Rainingwolf, for sharing that. I had to copy and print it for my bulletin board at work.
that is great..i like it.
Happy Caturday to all! Oh Bella-what a purrfect name-she is a pretty one! Hey, don’t forget to vote on Arcamax-Bob is #1, Gimpy is #2 and Redford is #3! Go TDKers!
http://www.arcamax.com/catsanddogs/galpic-37927
Lots of hugs and purrs to Jennifer and BrandiLee. Hope you are feeling better today.
yes thank you
She’s a cutie… She looks prim and proper lying there but i’m sure she’s all mischief!
Hi, hope everybody is having a good weekend so far. Mine started wih a lie in and a cate snuggled right up under my chin!
Bella is indeed beautiful, would love to know what she looks like now - we should have then and now pictures!
sleeping in ? well when you have 20 something little furry alarm clocks who sleeps in……….. in fact if they sluff off and let me sleep I get up and find out why LOL
Tiger keeps knocking the alarm clock off the table. My husband says Tiger is a cat after his own heart. My Poopa (nickname for my hubby lol) hates alarm clock ALMOST as much as TigetButt does!!!!
I’m lucky Brandi Lee - my husband got up early to deal with the other 3, leaving me and Button to snooze in comfort!!
nice i should train my hubby………never mind its easier to train the cats LOL
Sweet Bella Donna
Need the strongest coffee on earth this morning. I think I maybe got 1 hour of sleep last night. Then some nut called at 4 a.m.,let the phone ring twice & hung up. Think it was my psycho neighbor freaking out that her bully cat finally found his match. Think it was my feral Hopper getting even…..Go Hopper!
Wish I could go curl up w/my fuzzbutts, but, have to get their breakfast started. Alot of work to feed, freshen water front, back,& inside. Then the numerous litter boxes. Then comes letting the kittens out of their cages to play for a bit. Wish I could let them run all the time, but, don’t have the room.
Until I can drop in again…..Good Morning….Afternoon to all
Good morning, Susie, thanks for stopping by long enough to at least say hi. Maybe you could squeeze in a nap this afternoon?
At any rate, purrs and hugs to you.
Jimmie
Jimmie-
Hugs & Purrs back atcha
take a nap wit hthe kittens !!!!! my favoritest thing to do !!
Susie - your morning sounds like mine. Somedays when I am butted awake I just want to stay in bed and sleep, but all my moans and groans don’t faze the hungry horde - and as you said, all the feeding, cleaning litter boxes and water bowls takes precedent over our sleepiness. My solution has been to wait until they all need a nap, then I try my best to join them.
–Elene–
The only problem w/that is I don’t think the kittens ever nap.
I thank God sometimes that they do have a cage I can put them in. Twenty minutes w/Runt’s 2 little boys, & I’m ready for the looney bin…….almost serious on that statement….lol
They’re terrorizing the place as I type this.
Fill the kitties with food and enjoy quality sleep with a good company.
I hope you can take a good nap or two sometime today. There was a time when I could go on weeks with a very little sleep and it was no big deal. Nowadays sleep is one of the very best things in my life.
A woman and her cat were strolling on the beach. Her cat started digging in the sand and uncovered a magic lamp. The woman dug up the lamp and rubbed off the sand. A genie emerged from the lamp, granting the woman three wishes. “I wish I were 21 and beautiful,” was her first wish, and it was granted.
“I wish I had $10 million,” was her second wish, and it, too, was granted.
“I wish my cat were a handsome young man who would love me always,” was her third wish, and it also was granted.
The couple went back to her home. The man then asked her, “Don’t you feel bad you had me fixed?”
ooch,eech,ouch
Cute one Vicki
Ouch indeed!
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!
Bella is such a cutie, with her pink, white, and blue fur. OK, it’s lunch time, and I’ve fixed a light feast. There’s macaroni and cheese, pizza, lasagna, tricolor radiatore salad with Kalamata olives, antipasto, Italian steak sandwiches on Asiago cheese rolls, salad with radicchio, Roma tomatoes, and arugula dressed with an extra-virgin olive oil/balsamic vinegar dressing, tea, wine, and Frangelico on the rocks. Mangia!
Awww! Italian food - molto bene! I HAVE to get a housekeeper. I know shops are full of delicious treats and I always end up buying trite food.
Vicki: You never answered to my proposal.
What a cutie, you are Bella!
You look so sweet!!!!! Have a wonderful day as Daily Kitten-take a nap on the couch for me! I wonder how old you are now? Well, anyways, have a purrfectly wonderful day!
Mikaela and her Kitty Clan: Nellie, Reggie, and Nitschke
She is so cutie little bella looks like a sweety pie! Gratz on the kitty of the day.
Today has been a beautiful and reasonably warm day. The shops here close on Caturdays at 6 p.m. and most of them (except the tiny ones, less than 400 square meters ~ 478 square yards) won’t open on Sundays. If you think that’s stupid you are not alone.
Phew, what a prologue! I tried to tell that I was doing some last minute shopping and waddled home when I noticed a huge hot air balloon near my house. It seemed so aristocratic, so cool and idle - I have to do it someday!
Confessions, girls! Do you instantly kill all the whims or do you secretly toy with them?
I’m a toyer myself miu
Ahhh, Soulmate! A Beautiful Dreamer…
Oh, Miu-if you ever get a chance, do take a hot air balloon ride. I have done it and its absolutely wonderful. It was my (former)husband’s and my 13th anniversary (no superstitions), and I had given it to him as a present. There were quite a few balloons, really pretty ones. We got in and up we went (you know, like “up, up and away”?) It was so quiet (except when they fired up the propane), and you could see all the land below. People couldn’t hear us, but the animals could. They would all look up. The funny thing was that we (in the balloon) could hear people talking on the ground, at their barbeques in the back yard, anywhere, but they didn’t know we were up there! We floated around for a while, then descended into a large open area. There was a chase car waiting for us, and we had a champagne toast. It sure was a great anniversary.
When I was a little boy, staying at my grandparents’ house, one of those big balloons landed almost in their back yard! Never done it, but always wanted to.
Do it! Do it! I went up in a balloon about 13 years ago, and it was fantasic - exactly as Max & Molly’s Mom describes. Do it!!!
–miu–
Which is when…….may I ask?
Susie, you know it’s not nice to ask a lady’s age…..
–M & M’s Mom–
The thing is…I meant, when her birthdate was. I was wondering because alot of us put ours after our names so we can wish those a happy day.
Just kidding! I think it’s not nice when a MAN asks a woman her age. (We don’t tell the truth then, anyway, do we?)
I’m not afraid to tell. Alot of people tell me I look much younger than my age(53 yrs). I just wish my body felt younger. I’m quite short(5′2″) & petite(buy my clothes alot in the kids section) so I think that throws people off. And the fact that, surprisingly, I don’t have a gray hair on my head to prove my age. lol
Susie: It’s OK to ask my age. I am 46 and the big day is June the 15th. I am vain in some things but the age is not one of them.
Dang……your still a youngun
My wife is height phobic. Watching roller coaster films makes her ill. So when she gets a hairbrained scheme I’M the guinea pig. She’s sent me up in a WWII dogfight plane and has thrown me out of a plane (with a parachute) and I dread to think what she’s dreaming up next. There isn’t much hot air balloon activity around here. Doesn’t stop her from hunting, though.
That inspired me to write a little story.
You and Sharon stand in the hot air balloon, Bo is circling around your feet. You hold hands and gaze deep in each other’s eyes. Bo gets offended and leaves you to explore the place closer. You kiss. Suddenly Sharon pushes you over the reel.
You fall. You can’t breathe and you desperately gasp air. You wave your arms and legs until the miracle happens. Your fingers find an attachment rope. You grab it and hold it for your dear life.
You start to climb up. It’s hard, harder than you’ve ever imagined. You have tears in your eyes. They make it impossible to see clearly and the hard wind is not helping either.
Nor is the sweat. Sweat is dripping from your forehead to your eyes, sweat makes your hands slippery…
–
Yet, you seem to make it. You are almost there - and you see something above you.
It’s Sharon. She has Bo in her lap and she strokes gently that big purring kitty. Your heart stops, you are even more frightened than during the fall. You nod your head
submissively and let her finish you off. Nobody will save you anyway.
“Was it scary, honey?” says Sharon and gives her hand to you.
PS. I sometimes write little stories but usually they are not as Hitchcockian as this.
–miu–
You had my attention. Good story
Hey, Miu! You forgot the happy ending where Sharon collects his life insurance!
ha ha!
We’re thinking of adding to Bo’s name. He doesn’t seem to answer to Bo, but he sure turns his head when I call “Cow!” Maybe he shall become Cowlvin Bo-vine. What do you think?
Cowlvin Bo-vine!!!
I LOVE IT!
Bungy jump from a bridge could be next.
Now hubby has rapelled from bridges and deep caves since he was a caver or spelunker in college. Bungee jumping isn’t legal in the states any more, I don’t think. Thanks, Antipodian Moonshadow (the name of one of my favorite cats btw), something else I can check into. Maybe we should have a daredevil’s convention….
Miu - you just have to try hot air ballooning sometime! Hubby surprised me with a ride a few years back and it was a wonderful experience. There is no motion sickness or that roller coaster feeling - your tummy stays right where it should be! Enjoy! Let’s see if Bella’s mommy/daddy can bring her along too!
Bella is so pretty! What a little darling.
Well, 5 minutes ago, the sun was shining, now it is rai
