This is Sawyer, the wonder kitten when he was about four months old. I adopted him from the local shelter after all his sisters went home together…poor baby! He was very lonely until I brought him home to his new family of boys and doggies. I named him Sawyer after my favorite character on ABC’s LOST television show… the handsome man with the great blue eyes!

I’ve watched that show from the beginning…..no more. It got too convoluted towards the middle of last season. There were too many inconsistencies. Sawyer is one of my favorite characters too. Much cuter than that whiney wimp Jack. (Secretly wishes the smoke monster had gotten Jack and NOT Mr. Eko.)

I didn’t watch past the first season, then it got too annoying for me to watch toward the end (it also changed time slots, past my bedtime!). It seemed as though the viewer wanted the characters to ask questions and address things and they didn’t! i.e.:”gee, you’re a doctor, would you operate on me?” No, we’ll just kidnap you and your friends. Ummmm…
The character of Sawyer is cute, but I like this fuzzy cutie we have here!

Sawyer is a very handsome kitten, and I’ll bet he’s even better looking as a growup. Our Spike is a flamepoint, and at 1 1/2 is absolutely gorgeous, but when he was this age he was all white and just plain goofy-looking: like a tennis ball on stilts! So I’m guessing Sawyer, who apparently never went through the ugly duckling stage,
grew up to be very easy on the eyes. I’m so glad his pensive look got him a great forever home!
