This is Sadie Lady, a ten week old maine coon mix kitten with a long tail. She is my new foster kitty that I picked up from the vet on Saturday. We thought that her back leg was broken but it is just sprained. This one will be hard to let go.

I have now had Sadie now known as Azuma, has ended up staying with us furever. She makes #8 for us, 4 of which are foster babies that never left. Azuma’s leg is all better and she is having a blast driving all the ” big” kitties crazy. She loves to run after and pounce on our 19 pound cat, good thing that he is very good natured. We now have a momma and 5 babies, one is a runt and only weighs 10 ozs. I love fostering, but it is really hard letting them go.

I’m having flashbacks! It’s the girl version of my Jiggs 15 years ago! Needless to say, I think Sadie is a real beauty!
she’s certainly beautiful. This is why I couldn’t foster. Tried it once. That’s how Ferrule came to live a my house. I just get too attached.
She’s adorable. She would be mine..no way I would be able to let her go.

Oh, my goodness! Look at the size of her paws! That’s going to be one BIG kittycat!! I’m glad to hear she’s only suffered a sprain; I’m sure she’ll be running and leaping around the house soon.

I would quite happily face the whack-bonk stick for a snorgle with Azuma, do your darndest Pipa’s Mum. Sticks and stones may break my bones, but whack- bonk sticks will only bruise me. I have seen one Maine Coon in NZ and it was worth a small fortune so I get my snorgles here, beautiful Azuma.
