Isis
Location: Fresno, Texas, USA

This is Isis. She is one of a litter of four whose mom gave birth in an old storage trailer. Isis, Katamari, and Mystikk and their brother Eek (my husband’s name for him, and it stuck) were all abandoned by their mom at three weeks of age. They have since grown into loving kittens with great personalities and huge purrs! They have totally taken over the office and back hallway of our house, and are expanding their range to the front room and master bedroom, much to the chagrin of five of the other six cats who live in the house. One of the older cats thinks the kittens are his personal play toys.

I want her…cutie.
She is such a widdle cutieee! I wish I could take her home!
Look at that sweet marmie face! Good morning, Isis!!
What a lovely kitten! She’ll fit just right in my Christmas stocking.

what a gorgeous little kittie is Isis! She looks slightly forlorn, which I shall attempt to remedy with a virtual cuddle and kitty treat.

That was my thought too, only it was so long ago, I wasn’t sure it was correct.
I can just imagine the kind of behaviour that earned the name Eek for her brother. This one is really cute I want some cuddles, too please. quick while my Molly is not looking
What a sweetie! She looks almost exactly like the kitten on the cover of the Kitten War book! I have to start my Monday off with a snuggle for Isis!
Puuuuurrrrr—– ^..^
She must be the goddess Isis incarnated. She’s beautiful!
Isis is very special…not just because she found a new home…but female orangies are a rarity like calicos. Hope she continues to bring you lots of fun & excitement.
A Real Lady Marmalade! Isis is a royal beauty.
Awww, she looks so pensive. I love her little spiked hair.
Hi, Kittenmaster!
Hi, Alex!
This baby just makes me cry, she looks so much like my little Otis that I recently fostered and had to be euthanized. It brings back so many good and sad memories
Many condolences to you, Peppercat, over the loss of your Otis. We become attached to them in such a very short time. they tend to wind themselves around our hearts, as well as our legs.
Take heart though, Otis will be waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge.

Thanks for your kind words ..I have little Otis picture here at my desk..along with many others I have shared a home with and fostered. I am sure there are cats in heaven…at the Rainbow Bridge

Oh, peppercat, I’m so sorry! I know what you mean about the happy and sad feelings. He also looks like my Cheetoh who was born in a box in my bedroom. We had 15 wonderful years together and when I had to have him put down, I was crying so hard that the vet didn’t even charge me.
Truly a beautiful goddess indeed. I love orange kitties.
Big birthday tomorrow, I turn 50. My baby Hermes turns 4 on Nov. 4. Lots of extra cuddles for my big guy.
Siobhan…Have a Happy & Purrfect Birthday tomorrow…:)
Happy Birthday to you and your furry baby.
Could you spell your name phonetically for me please? I just finished a book and that was the heroine’s name.
Susan, I attended college with a woman named Siobhan, and she pronounced it Shi (short i) VAHN (accent on second syllable).
Siobhan, I don’t know if that’s how you pronounce your name, but I wish you a happy semicentennial!
That’s close enough! I also tell people it’s kinda like saying “Jovan musk oil”
A seasonal pumpkin from the patch.
What an eerie flame in those pupils.
Precious orangie! There’s a special place in my heart for the marmalades!
The female orangies are extra special.

What a little dolly. I agree with an earlier responder; I am under her power too. Bless you for taking in the kitten family!

What a purrfectly cute little kitten.
You are blessed with the whole family!!
Isis is a little wonder kitty, she is an orangie and cuter than a little bit. And Susie is right female orangies are different, my Lil Girl is one and she is a take charge kinda kitty. Go Isis!!
No fair we want to see all your sweet little guys, not just one lucky
one !!!!
A beautiful little ginger kitten! Redheads rule!
Oh, Isis you are so cute. What a little darling!
She looks unsure. She trusts her family but doesn’t know what to make of this strange box pointed at her.
What a wide eyed beauty! Gotta love those orangies!
P.S…. Love her Brother’s name, Eek. cute!
What a sweet little girl!
Are the orangies mostly boys, though?
You have a good luck kitty, I think!
Kittenmaster, I just tried to start a new thread on TDK Chat but it doesn’t seem to be posted. Can you check on this for me?
I thought it posted the 1st time but I didn’t see it under the topics so I posted it a 2nd time. Still can’t find it though.
Am I just a computer illiterate?
Mini-kitty goddess!
Perfect Halloween kitty. Do I see blue eyes? Could she have a little meezer in her as well. And an orangie female, unusual! I am in love!
Oh My!!! That is my baby girl there!!! I missed her web debut..
Isis and her sister Katamari are both orange girls. Eek is an orange boy(terrorist) and Mystikk is a black tortie. They are such a joy and certainly keep us on our toes!! The older cats are taking to them well, though the kittens are still somewhat scared of the dogs (2 Great Danes).
Thank you all for the wonderful comments. I don’t have a page with all the kittens and cats on it, but hopefully soon..
oh, and her eyes are now a gorgeous golden color..
She sure is a beauty. Can’t wait to see the rest of the family!
awww what a little cutie pie
and bless you for rescuing them and taking them in when you already have a full house. i wonder what happened to their mama
good luck with all these sweethearts!
Not sure. We live in a rural area and have plenty of critters around. I had seen mom-cat around, and knew she had kittens. then hadn’t seen her for a few days. The Danes do a pretty good job of keeping strays out of the yard, but she had found her way to the old trailer and made it her home. She was a feral, but would let me come in and feed her without running away. When I didn’t see her for a couple days, and the kittens were crying more, I decided to take them in.
I need for you to give her a big but gentle hug and kiss for me, okay? She is just SO adorable! May the Lord bless you and this baby always.
