Location: Tasmania, Australia
Mindy is a new addition to our family after the loss of our aging fearless hunter. She is a sweet wee thing and has bought much laughter & joy to our house. She is a Maine Coon cross and has enormous amounts of energy and at ten weeks old has a voracious appetite. She likes to snuggle up close to her human family when catnapping and ride around on ones shoulder like a parrot.

My wife likes to grow ferns and has quite a number of them around the house and yes Mindy and her sister Maxine do like to play with them so the more fragile ones have been moved out of harms way

Those paws are ginormous. She has a lot of growing up to do and I have lovely paws to squeeze while everybody else is chatting.
At 14 weeks the rest of her are starting to catch up with her feet
Awwwwwww!!! Mindy is sweet! I have my little Sugarfoot on my lap asking for a playdate!! We love hungry little snugglers at our house too!
Trouble is snugglers like to jump on keyboards and my computer doesn’t agree with what they are typing

What a precious face!! She’s totally adorable. But if she’s a Maine Coon (even in part) she won’t be riding on your shoulders for too long! She’s going to be a big lovable fluffball. Many, many years of joy to you.
Mindy is now six months old and still riding on my shoulder sits there while in the garden and looks down on what I am doing in my workshop. She is a real character and very curious about what I am doing. She is a big girl now and if I don’t pick her up when she want’s to perch on my shoulder she just runs up my back. She is a most determined cat and always gets her way.

ACK! Too precious! Mindy looks like a stuffed toy — I may just have to teleport myself to Tasmania to snorgle this little Aussicat.

Yes Mindy does have a sister called Maxine in this photo she is under the table. It has been difficult to photograph them together as they are both a couple of little powerhouses and what ones I do have of them together are really not that good. Incidently they are both fairly identical with slight differences in colour markings.

We had a cat, Woody, who loved to ride around on my shoulders. I’d put him up there and he’d lean against the back of my head while I walked up stairs, downstairs, all around the house. He’d stay there until I bent over for him to jump off, or stand beside something for him to step onto.
Mindy is ADORABLE and it looks like you are the very lucky owner/guardian of a gorgeous “Ragdoll” cat! I have one and they have the most beautiful, sweet faces ! AND they LOVE to ride around on your shoulder. Hence the name “Ragdoll”!
