Oliver

Oliver’s mama is a red-point siamese. His daddy was an orange tabby cat (Oliver has little stripes on his tail to testify to that!). He was so tiny and cute and scared and abandoned… I just HAD to take him home. He’s a lot bigger now, but still SO cute! My bestest kitty ever!

He’s very handsome! I hope if he had brothers and sisters that they were not abandoned.
May you have your beautiful boy for many years to come.

If we didn’t know your parentage young Oliver, I’d suspect you of sticking your nose somewhere you shouldn’t!! ;-)

Hope everyone had a good Caturday–I got emails from some who couldn’t get onto this site–hope all is fixed now.

This baby is so pretty! I used to breed redpoints (actually colorpoint shorthairs since CFA didn’t recognize this color). Never saw a female redpoint and surprised she could breed. Females are usually tortie-points in that color spectrum. Would love to see a picture of her…..

Oliver looks like my Molly. She has the rings on her tail only in her case her mom was a red tabby and I’ve suspected her dad of being Siamese although I have no way to find out. When I first took her to the vet she doubled checked on my saying she was female because she said she had only gotten males with Molly’s coloring so maybe that isn’t real common for females

oh my goodness, Oliver is lovely! Check out those baby blues. I for one would not be able to resist scritching that little red nosie!!! I would just HAVE to take him home too. Damn, if only had a kitten-cloaking device for allergies and reluctant marital partners…

Yes, he does seem so tiny, and cute. Sad to think of him abandoned and alone and scared - but he must be happy to be living with you and getting lots of love.

I have a kitty that looked very much like this as a kitty. He is now almost 15, stunningly handsome and still thinks he is a kitten. He is quite large and his coloring is still in a Siamese flame point pattern, but on the pale side. His hair is kind of long and he has a large white ruff. I got him at the pound as a wee one and he had just an tiny orange nose and orange kind of stripy tail too. The tail turned into a fluffy one. The weird thing is that his name is Oliver. To make things even a bit stranger, I have a brother who lives in Madison and his name is Joe, which is the name of the daily kitten on the top of this page. I hope that you enjoy your Oliver as much as I enjoy mine.
