This is little orange Julius, again. He’s the five-month-old “nurse” kitten pictured on the windowsill in an earlier TDK post. This is another shot of him taken while I recovered from the flu (apparently I had nothing better to do than to take photos when I was sick!). He’s a sweet little softie and now that he’s three months older, thankfully, he’s remained so! Such a charmer.

Yeah, same here Dallas. None of my babies have made it on here but from time to time, there are double postings for either the same kitten or same owner. Makes me sad.

That’s what I want to know, too. Although he’s a beautiful boy and I love looking at him, I’ve sent in totally cute pictures of my 3 babies, hand raised from 5 days old, and none of them have ever been accepted. But I’ve seen several cats who are in here twice. Phooey!

I think some of you are missing the point of TDK which seems to be more about a well-taken pic each day. Yes it’s not a new kitten all the time but hey, who didn’t want to see more of Julius!?
But he was on only a month ago—not like he’s changed much since then. We would be more interested in seeing pics of little kittens grown up. He is still cute though, but KM says he is swamped with new pictures, why post one twice in one month??????
He’s so beautiful. Love the orangies. I don’t mind if he was just on here - I just like looking at the kitties. Makes me smile.

So like maybe KM is human and picks at random from the thousands of submitted photos without double checking to make sure he hasn’t chosen twice from the same source. Can anyone imagine the enormous amount of work it must take to keep this site up and running at the level it does, to let all of us enjoy it? Orange Julius is a great cat, I’d love to have one like him, but seeing him here is wonderful too. If you post your kitties on Catster and give us the link we can see all of your kitties everyday if we want to. I think KM deserves our thanks, not our complaints, for posting a kitty at all, let alone twice. No one ever said life is fair. If it was we’d all be beautiful, rich and happy all the time and we’d only love each other.

Looks just like my son/DIL’s cat, Arnold, adopted from a Petsmart 3 years ago less than one week after arrived home from honeymoon. Also have German shepard named Lola and the 2 roughhouse it together like nobody’s business!
