Yo-ho-ho! Kitten ahoy! Kitten battles are always fun to watch. Just watching two fuzzy kittens rolling around brings a smile to my face.

Any chance this is the same Jade that’s always spreading manure over at the Eschaton blog?

I think it is quite rude of you to call these kittens tarts, much less retarts. They are too young to have started, ahem… any such activity. Besides which they are probably males. Which actually kinda answers Paul’s question. My understanding is that orange kittens are almost always male… some sort of genetic thing.

Sorry to be sexist, but are both kittens fighting over the remote male?

Most orange kitties are male. The occasional rare orange girl surfaces. I had a pretty orange girl, named Simone.
These little guys look like bundles of mischief! It must be hard to sort out who is who when they get to rolling around together! :)

Interesting. We had 2 orange cats in the 90’s that were both female. I didn’t know how unlikely that was.

As I recall, males are about 65% of orange kittens. I have an old female orangie.

My Pickle (kitten of the day September 5th) is a ginger girl. These two are so cute.

Cats, both male and female, like to wrestle.

How come women don’t like to wrestle?
I was trying to get a friend of a friend to wrestle me in the living room one night, but she got really angry, and was like “Get the hell off me!” and now it’s very awkward between us.

Humans suck.
