Aww…bless their lil tiny hearts! They’re all soooo cute!
OK, there’s enough to go around, I’m gonna pounce too!
Awwwwwwwww - Thu-PLOOF!
What a beautiful Kaboodle! I love how you used a cat - contrasting blankie for them to pose on. So much easier to see!
Indeed! I want to pick up and woozle one of those wee Munchkins!
Look! It’s Alvin’s family! How cute they all are!
I think you’ll find that Bill was the one who had the Spunk!
Hi, Snorgler- these kittens are really Beautiful!!!
Yes they truly are
I want the little black one in the corner — it looks either shy or mischievous! Either way, it’s precious.
For once I am at a loss for words. They are way way too cute !! I just love little moo kitties. They all are adorable!!!
Oh, six times heaven! Moos and tuxies and meezer and munchkins, oh my!
Cute little fur-babies! Love the red rug too! Great way to show them.
LOVE the little black one with the white feet; the two little moo kitties; um the three little balck ones; the siamese; oh, and the little chocolate one…wait, I think that’s all of them……
Oh I Love them All!!!! I can see Alvin in there!!! There are even two that have white with black spots…he/she looks a lot like Mr.Bug…Bless you for fostering!
THU-ploof X 8! I want to swim in a kitten kaboodle! They are so sweet words fail me.
Oh! they are so beautiful! What does Munchkin mean?
I wondered too!! Anybody know?
A munchkin is a dwarf kitten. They were a spontaneous mutation, but think a kitten daschund!
Love the babies, they are so cute!
I like your description..a kitten daschund…purrrfect.
Munchkins is the name given to the breed of cat that appears to be an achondroplasic dwarf. That is they have normal size bodies but short limbs. Unlike human Acons they have normal size heads. Breeding the cats is quite controversial because the genetics causing the short limbs are Monozygotic Dominant and if you get two genes for the short limbs the combination is lethal. If the kitten is dizygotic (one gene for and one gene normal), it appears to be otherwise healthy. There is not a lot of study on if there are other problems like spinal or hip displasia like in dogs as the cats age.
The name Munchkin evokes the little people in the Wizard of Oz.
You are 100% correct! These guys came off of a farm where they have been seeing the Munchkins for a couple of years now…so at least they are not being bred on purpose. So far, they are all healthy and wonderful…but you never can know what the future will hold for these guys. I personally think it’s strange. The kittens are precious, but all kittens are. As adults, they kind of freak me out! Big cat bodies, short legs…very odd! It was a wonderful experience to foster these guys. They were all really wonderful kittens. I am sure they will grow up to be wonderful cats as well!
I like to think of them as Low Riders…LOL
It’s a hard knock life, for us! FUZZ
Political FUZZ
I want one!!! Does anyone have an idea how I can convince John that one more baby would make our home even more complete?
Nope! I am getting nowhere!
And that would bring the number up to …..?
3 Emma……… I have now Sammy and Hootie …
They are all adorable - moo kitties are great. Alvin certainly has a beautiful family there!
The Woman in Red has nothing on these babies!!!
Squeeeeeee! I want the meezer!
I want to snuggle them all!
Thank you KM for this sweet group of kitties to cheer me up today. I just found out a friend and co-worker passed away last night and needed a smile.
So sorry for your loss BandBs Mom. Glad the kittens were able to give you a smile.
{{{hugs}}}
{{{HUGS}}} So sorry!
Sorry BandB’s Mom..If you need additional uplifting, come on over the TDK chat! there are always plenty of {{{HUGS}}} there.
sooo cute!! Never a dull moment, huh?
AAAAHHHH….a passle of puddytats! I love them all. OH what sweetnesses!! Can I have the Siamese? Of course my two would freak, but I always wanted a Siamese. Oh eternal blessing to you for rescuing and little furry head butts to all those little fluffballs!
Oh, how I wish I lived in Wisconsin! I want two or three munchkins!
This is a beautiful group of kittens and I pray that they all are adopted into loving and caring furrever homes. God Bless you for providing a foster home for these beautiful creatures.
Note: Thanks to KittenMaster for posting this fostered group of kitties from Wi. I hope it’s witnessed by some loving people who’ll dash right over and adopt one of these beauties.
I’ll take the meezer, please, Sir….:) or ma’am as the case might be.
Actually two in my studio apartment is quite enough…Wish I had a bigger place so I could have a kaboodle of kittens around
I wanna kitten Unity rally!!!
One of my (more polite!) nicknames is Munchkin, on account of my short legs - if I was as cute as this lot, I wouldn’t mind!
Hey guys–you are all too late–see yesterday’s post–they all have homes.
How would you describe Alvin’s color? It is so very unique, don’t think I’ve ever seen one like it.
Pj, maybe Alvin’s color could be considered toffee colored?
Someone yesterday called him Latte colored..I thought that was purrfect
Thanks! Either makes a good descriptor! Very unusual.
Alvin’s color is officially called SABLE. It’s like a rich latte color. I was his foster mom, and made sure to forward this website to his new mommy! The last two kittens are here, getting picked up on Friday. I have one of the cow babies, the one with more black on his face-Mick; and I have one of the black kittens here, Mason. Both are so much fun! They are going to be very missed by me and my family! And now I have the next round of kittens…a pair of Chocolate Point Siamese boys who are so afraid they shake when they see me. And on Friday I have another 3 Siamese kittens coming as well. So meezer lovers, look out! I may just send in more pictures!
There are a lot of meezer lovers here!
Please send in the meezers!
They’re kitten-y and silly,
A meezer and a “Hilly”
And siblings willy-nilly,
It’s Alvin’s family.
Their little foster cattery
Inspires a lot of flattery
And racing this-and that-ery
In Alvin’s family!
*snap-snap!* Good one, gatakitty!
An adorable crowd of fluff!
That’s GREAT!
Adorable .. what a bunch of cuties!
I think I have finally managed to get logged in after a considerable absence!
I love these kitties - I keep trying to pick “just one” and I can’t.
Maybe little Snowshoes right in front would be ideal, but how can I resist the others?
Welcome back, Gail. It’s been a long time!! Come join us on the TDK chat if you want to visit.
sooooooo adorable
sooooooo adorable
i’d take all of them!!!!!!!!!
