Weasley was about seven weeks old in this photo and had just experienced his first car ride and his first trip to the vet. He is a feral kitten born on my patio that I caught almost by accident when he ran into my cat carrier. He got a clean bill of health at the vet and now loves to romp with Harry, my six-year-old orange tabby cat, and has mixed feelings about me.

Wow - I’m going to set a cat carrier outside and see if someone as adorable as Weasley will run in! He is too precious!
I hope little Harry warms up to you soon! He’s much too sweet-looking to stay mad at you forever. I always found that cats usually soon forget the bad things their humans do (like visits to the vet), and soon love them again for the good things they do (like chin scritches and treats)

Sweet little baby! I also adopted a feral kitten. I suggest feeding him chicken flavored baby food from a spoon or your finger. It works like magic. After hand feeding him the baby food for a little while, he will soon warm up to you. It worked with my little girl.
That is brilliant (feeding feral kitten like that). I don’t think I could bear to have a cat/kitten that did not want me to fawn over it. I would be so busy bugging the poor thing until it avoided me like the plague. You are very kind and generous to give him a home. I am heartened by the fact that he and Harry are pals. Best of luck!

Who’s the doll? Can’t tell for sure, but from this angle it kinda looks like Hillary.
That’s my guess too. My kitties own the GW Bush equivalent. They like him.
So the kitty straw poll currently shows Bush holding a 2 to 1 lead over Hillary.
And in typical feline fashion, all are purr-fectly ignorant of the fact that neither is in the running……….

The name suits him as he has almost a look of Ron Weasley about him. There’s something about his expression that makes him look like Ron at his most quizzical in addition to the ginger coloring.

Me too! Mine are impossible to get into the carrier. I just got a new litter box with a lid b/c one of them pees over the side of the box all the time. Neither one will go in because I think they think it is a carrier. They will use it without the lid on

We call feral kitties “squirrely”. Weasley looks like he could be a little squirrely at times. What a little heartbreaker with those eyes! What a handsome creamsicle tom he’s going to be. Nice catch!!!!

It´s so good to see people who cares about abandoned cats. Specially today, that i saw that crush china video, and still can´t take my mind of that images. Dailly kitten warm my heart everyday.

Weasley is a cute little guy! He seems to be guarding his doll and saying
“ALL MINE”! I have no doubt that in time he will feel that way about his
human!
Don’t worry. I’m sure he’ll warm up to his human family soon. Just keep giving him love and he’ll learn. My kitty Lena was a stray. I adopted her at 1 year old. It took her a while before she would sleep on my bed with me. Then she was sleeping ON me and following me upstairs and downstairs. We made more progress as the months passed. She loved it when I played with her and brushed her. She’s very loyal. Then last Christmas, after being gone for 5 days, she jumped in my lap for pets. Now she lets me pick her up and hold her. Sometimes she insists on being held. So don’t worry. Try brushing him. Lena loves this purple rubber cat-shaped brush. When I use it on her, it’s like a mother cat grooming her kitten.
Aw! Poor little furry looks really upset…c’mere and snuggle with me and I’ll give you kitty wuzzles. Meow!
