Victor

VictorVictor adopted us at an adoption fair in Wisconsin. That’s how it works, right? He is 8 months old and still working out his differences with our 8-year old attack tabby, Bonnie.

Tabby face and white body fuzz. Hmm…..exotic!!! I’m so happy Victor and Bonnie are working out their differences.

What a beautiful, elegant name for a beautiful boy! I’m sure Victor will win Bonnie over and become quite the gentleman.

And yes, cats adopt you, not the other way around!

well whomever owns who, it’s still one of the most beautiful things ever, a relationship between pet and human. Victor is gorgeous. glad he found you, he looks happy.

He’s so handsome! What a great name.

When we went to our local shelter, a brother and sister sitting very quietly in the cage suddenly looked up at us, stood up on their hind legs, squinted at us, with little meows. Majic & Mojo came home with us, as members of our family.

Hi everyone! Thanks for the nice comments. Yes, I’m mostly white with tabby spots on my head, back, and my beautiful tail is all tabby stripes. Bonnie is still angry that I adopted her people. She’s all tabby with white paws and chest, kind of my opposite. I’m being nice, but she hisses and growls :-(

yeah, sometimes it takes awhile for the first kitty to learn to get along with the new arrival. when i first got my second little girl, my first one was NOT amused! she hissed and growled at her all the time, then gradually she got used to her, and now they’ll often snuggle together and groom each other. they still have their little sister fights, but overall they get along great. so yes, hang in there! it’ll get better. :-)

I love that his face seems to be the only part with any other colors to it. Very beautiful kitty!

Every one loves their cats but no one talks about their safety. What is that around his neck? Something to get choked or strangled on? My friend has a 10 week old kitten got strangled to death on a string of thread she did not know was on a toy made of cloth.

Hi, don’t worry, around my neck is a kitty tether, like a leash or harness, but it won’t tighten to choke or strangle me. My people _only_ put it on me when they first brought me out to explore and play in the big rooms. For 2 weeks, I spent most of my time in a bedroom away from the big kitty, so they didn’t know if I would get into trouble. They wanted to be able to _gently_ control my exploring and get me away from the big kitty if she got too angry. As for getting out, I have no interest in what’s beyond those doors - YET. I have a safety collar with tags in case I ever wander. If my people take me outside with the purple tether, they won’t leave me for a second. Victor
