Eric is very handsome indeed. A little love muffin. I love cats with common people names. My ex had a cat named Gary. he was the best (Gary, not the ex).
I am posting this for a friend of mine who is moving and can’t take her cats with her. She has a grey tabby momma and baby. Momma is nine years old and the baby is 5 weeks old. She feels they are not ready to part (Pako is the only survivng kitten from the last litter) and wants to place them together. I’ve never posted although I love this site. What a handsome boy Eric is. Tell your friend that I have had great success in sending flyers to vets (I sent 30) in town and asking them to post the flyers on their bulletin board. The more, the better. I didn’t go to each vet’s office. I mailed them with a note asking them to post them. Be sure the flyers have pictures. It would probably help if she had mom spayed and at least first shots for the kitten. She can also call local radio stations and ask them to say something on air or let her say something. You might have guessed I’ve rescued a lot of cats and dogs. An ad in the paper works well but you must include something that makes your cat sound more special than any other cat. And, of course, always ask for money. People take better care of “things” they pay for and people looking for animals to sell to labs usually start with the free ones. Good Luck!
Forgive me, I know it’s a bit late and you are posting for your friend, but why is a 9 nine year cat running around not fixed? Please fix mama. It is so unfair to all involved.

I love his prominent “M” and his pretty little face. He looks like he’d just love to lay in somebody’s arms and have his chin scratched.
So I finished the homework from the first day of school last night at 11:00 pm…so much for no homework on the first day of school…thats what i get for taking advanced courses I guess…I didn’t get to spend any time with Izzy last night but she’s down here in my room right now exploring and playing with stuff.

Funny as it sounds, sometimes that is all they require = that peace of mind knowing you are there at their side. my 2 kiddos will chill in whatever room I am in…spuradically pawing at my arm or leg, then go back to exploring the room. However, I do have a tendancy to keep the plastic milk rings (literally a mound of them) - so that from afar I can send a random “sudden move” to keep them entertained. The FUNNIEST part is then watchin them look to the ceiling fro more “falling enemies to be pounced upon”.
Eric is very sweet…i’ll wager that he’s trying to figure out a ceiling fan stays in one position without flying around the room so that his lil paws could just ONCE seek and destroy that moving object!
Keep up the good work with Izzy, I am so glad that she has taken to your kind-heartedness so qiuckly! …and good luck with school too!
