Oliver is happy to have found a home after being born under a porch by his mother who was a stray. He is getting plenty of love and kisses. He is just six weeks old.
Dat one of dem dere Flushmaster 2000 models? Looks like it. I’ve been round them for a bit and I thinks I knows a Flushmaster 2000 terlet when I sees one, knowwadimean? Kitten not bad either. Just don’t go sticken the kitten in the terlet, clogs up the pipes sumfin fierce.

And speaking of which (toilet flushing) It is a scary thing when 5 or 9 of your fuzzbutts line up in the bathroom to witness the flushing………………….they barely wait until I am off to jump up and watch….this sounds bad I know, but anyone with a cat in the house knows what im talking about LOL
Oliver is precious, adorable, and gorgeous.
Those eyes just melt my heart. His
picture needs to be on a calendar.
He deserves all the love and care that
I believe he will always receive.
Oh my what a cute kitty—-
A perfect potty kitty
My kitties love the flushing—It is funny!!!!!
I wanna kiss Oscars little pink nose!!!
Thank you for sharing him with all of us!!!!
Oliver is darling… looks like my Knucklehead when he was tiny….
Mine will ONLY drink out of the toilet.. nothing else will do…. have had two cats like that… vet said that it is because the water is really fresh…. and there is very little bacteria in the bowl itself….
I do have to apologize for the wet cat prints on the seat when I have guests, however……
That is so funny to hear you call your kittie “Knucklehead”. Must be a “Harley” thing, I ride a Springer Soft tail and call my “Annie” “Knucklehead” all the time…in fact, I think she more readily comes to that than the “Annie” name that the shelter gave her!!
My boy’s name was Elroy, but I call him Knucklehead because he purrs very loudly and roughly, like an old Harley…. he is also fairly goofy…. It just fits….
My fuzzbutt is terrified of the flushing. Has been her entire 13 years. You’d think she’d be used to it by now, especially since she hangs around the toilet an awful lot (likes to sleep behind it or on the lid), but flushing sends her running under the bed every time. But she’s a big chicken in general, so I guess it’s to be expected.
My two are the same way…the always run when the toilet get flushed. I haven’t had them very long, only 7-8 months, so maybe they’re still getting used to it. They certainly hang around my feet otherwise!
Oliver is so cute! He reminds me of the kitten in “Oliver and Company”
The first day in my house when I moved to Kentucky a little tabby cat came running up to me, meowing hysterically. I picked him up and held him and then got some water and catfood for him. He ate like it had been days since his last meal and drained the water bowl and looked at me like “more please”. I nicknamed him Oliver and started asking my new neighbors if they knew him. Turns out he belonged to the people down the street and they were on vacation. The son who was coming over to check on him every couple of days either didn’t know he had gotten out or couldn’t find him (or wasn’t really checking on him) I kept him fed and watered until his “parents” came back. As soon as he heard their car he took off toward home and has never ventured outside since!
Blessing for a long, healthy and happy life for your Oliver!
We had an experience like this in Michigan with a dog, except that the family put him outside on purpose to fend for himself while they went away on vacation. We thought he was a stray, took him in and fed him, washed him (he was full of mud and burrs), and were going to keep him. Almost two weeks later, the people who lived down the road showed up at our house during a door-to-door search for their dog. They were angry at us for keeping the dog and saw nothing wrong with leaving him outside on his own for more than two weeks. Ugly things were said, threats were made, we gave the dog back because we were worried about what his owners would do to us and our house. We never saw the dog running loose again, though, so hopefully his people learned something from the incident. Unfortunately, this stuff happens all too often.
Awwwwwwwww just sooo cute. - he looks like my Biscuit did the first time I saw her. We had her for 19 years. She was a very dear friend all that time. I wish you much joy with oliver.
Cuteness a plenty.
Like in the movie Oliver will steal your heart.
My kittie toilet story. I had a white & orange stray that took up at my home. One day while I was supposed to be alone I walked by the down stairs bathroom. The door was partially closed & I heard the sound of water “running”. Knowing there was supposed to be nobody in the house but me I thought I had an intruder. So I carefully pushed open the door & much to my surprise there was Orange the cat sitting on the toilet peeing! The cat had taught himself to use the facilities!! But I never could teach him to flush. SIGH!!
Funny story, Chester! That was cute. My husband would like to try and train our inside cat to use a portable potty, so we wouldn’t have to change the litter so often. Reminds me of the movie, “Meet the Parents”. Their cat, Mr. Jinx, was trained to use the toilet!
And you don’t *want* to teach him to flush either, believe me! Once they learn to flush, they do it repeatedly. Search Google Videos for “toilet flushing cat” and you’ll see what I mean.
Oliver’s a wonderful little fuzzy ball of golden sunshine! Bless you for adopting him! Love him always!
I’ve had several orange tabbies over the years, they all seem to have the same personality: laid-back and lovable! Oliver is so cute now, and he’ll grow up to be your best buddy!
Oliver is absolutely adorable! He reminds me of a marmelade tabby I had for 14 years. (I still miss him.)
Mine was called Genghis Khat, and he had a Tortie companion called Kublah, I was getting a degree in history at the time, and the cat names suffered accordingly.
My kitty runs after me everytime I go potty, cause she knows I turn the faucet on to wash my hands. She can’t wait till my hands are out of the way so she can stuff her head under the faucet and drink the super fresh water. Sometimes its a race to get her out of way when I head to the bathroom, cause she jumps on the toilet first then to the counter…and if I forgot to shut the lid, one wet icky kitty!!
So SWEET. My Maine Coon baby has the same fur, but this little guy is so little and sweet I might have to come over and love him myself! Or eat him. I might just have to eat him.
My boy things that anyone’s potty time is social time, so while he comes to greet me while “seated” he also jumps in his box to show visitors (like the refinance appraiser lady) that he can “go” too. I also swear that he has turned the water on himself to drink before - of course he doesn’t know how to turn it off. Who needs to with a human owner?
Those eyes! That pink nose! The big paws! The perfect “M” on the head! What an absolutely adorable picture of the cutie pie! Oliver is perfect. Glad you have taken him in. He’ll be your best friend. Have many happy years together.
Ahhhh, what a cute little orange kitty. He looked like my cat, except mine’s fully grown now and weighs 18 pounds. Take care of Oliver. That handsome little devil.
Oliver, you’re adorable!

My Taffy used to run to the bathroom before me and stand on the seat and look down at the water. I told him first I go THEN you can stand on the seat.
Oliver certainly is a cutie pie just an itty bitty kitty.
