This is our few-months-old princess called Tipsu. Tipsu is Finnish name, and in English it would mean “the cat who falls down often”. Tipsu is a loving cat who likes to play with her step-brother Tikru.

If I didn’t know better, I could swear on oath that this picture of Tipsu is of my newest foster guest, such a character I have named him Charlie, because nobody knows the Dickens he’s going to get up to next. Ihope Tipsu is not as crazy, but also hopfull she is just as loving.

Tipsu is a pretty little kitty. Is that a double ‘M’ on her sweet forehead? Love her soft ginger color. Her necklace and bracelets stand out. Those little sugar lips need a smooch!! She looks like she is planning something fun to do.
Has anyone heard about the cat who spent 17 days in a shipping container from Israel to England? Pretty amazing.
what a pretty!!!!!! This is one of those kitties that makes me wish I could take in all the kitties in the world…(and apparently I’m not the only one–my roomie just told me “Stop making me look at that–you’re making me wanna have more children!”)

Actually we’re feeling a little tipsu ourselves from seeing this little Finnish Ginger cat… Misha just wants to add that he’s a real old Ginger, and he’s had many years to demonstrate their lovability.

Tikru is Tigger in Finnish. As in Tigger from Milne’s Winnie the Pooh.
The actual word for tiger in Finnish is tiikeri.
