This is Beltane (or Bell), sister to Samhain - both torties. This was after her first day home with us and an attempt to get her relaxing with some yarn - it worked for a bit and then she curled up with it and slept!

She’s pretty. I love little torties.
Ah, Beltrane is too sleepy to play. She’s just tuckered out. What a precious kitty.
dear of her… she’s so beautiful…
Ahhh, Beltane’s sweet! =)
I bet you get sick of people pronouncing
Samhain’s name ’sam hane’, not ‘Soween’….
Blessings to you all.
email me if you feel like it? =)

I seem to be the only one so far
who’s got the humour inherent
in those names….
xXx Morgan
whose cats are named after British Shipping Areas…
Fortunately, many people just heard Samhain’s name spoken, so it became difficult if they tried to spell it!
Bell/Beltane was a concession with my mother and I. She wanted her to be named Bell, I wanted Beltane, so it worked out there. She only gets called by Beltane on paperwork and if she’s in trouble, though.
I get them, very cool. I have kitties named after Rocky Horror characters, myself. Along with a Charlie Chaplin and a Sean Connery.
Love the names!! Beautiful cat.
