Hey I want some snow!! I haven’t seen snow for 2 years now! When I moved to NC I didn’t know I’d be giving up snow… well, maybe I did know. I miss the snow though.

Crazy is snug as a bug in a rug… for the snow you guys are all having.

You might consider moving to DC, the capital of weather closures. One inch of snow in the forecast and everybody runs for the hills.

That is funny mayra! Run for the hills but more like run away from the hill, no?
We are expecting a foot of snow tomorrow! The first real snow fall in Montreal this winter.Very unusual weather..
Guess we can blame global warming……..

Comment by Andi
2007-02-14 02:58:23

Heh. If you’d ever driven in DC, you’d know why.

(1) Roads in foul condition.
(2) Stupid and pushy drivers.
(3) Frightened drivers.

We seldom see real snow here, and there was a huge stink a couple of years over kids getting stranded at school because they waited too long to close the schools and the buses couldn’t get to the schools. So now they play it too cautious and close the schools as a precaution for anything at all.

Listen up everybody I have an amazing story to tell you.
We have an angel for a kittenmaster!
I just got an email from him (I hope it’s OK if everyone know you are a him) On January 30th a woman named Suzana responded to one of my posts (I accidentally had my whole name listed) anyway she is the daughter of a childhood friend. I was born in Romania, left there when I was 10. This young woman is looking for me! But here is the kicker I never saw the post. I would never have seen it if not for our lovely kittenmaster sending me an e-mail to tell me about it! It was one of those days the had a huge number of posts. Lots of time I go back but we are growing by leaps and bounds and I never would have seen..OK I am babbling..My hands are shaking. This is so awesome, the most amazing experience I ever had on the net!
I am so happy I love you all but especially you, KITTENMASTER! :)

I didn’t believe anyone actually “painted” cats but I thoroughly enjoyed the write up in Snopes. A wonderful book on cats described the best way to give a pill to cats (after many disastrous attempts). Crush it and sprinkle it into the fur; the cats can’t wait to lick it off!
