CeCe
CeCe was abandoned and then rescued by our daughter. She was only about ten days old and had to be bottle fed! She’s been queen of our home ever since! -
Chianna
Chianna is a blue Burmese; she was approximately three months old when she decided to get in the pot Mommy was about to make jam in. -
Daisy Jane
This is our new kitten Daisy Jane (remember that song by America?) that we just got last week. We unfortunately had to have our eight year old cat, Marble, put to sleep two days before Christmas, and we missed her terribly. We got this kitten to fill the void, and she does just that. It sure is amazing how a little creature can help your heart heal! We just love her. Daisy’s favorite activities include snuggling in bed and attacking fake plants. -
Vinnie
Vinnie’s not handicapped, he’s special. He was brought into my vet clinic starving, wounded and flea-infested, but with such a will to live. He was born without an ear and has some curvature to his spine, but he has no idea he’s not perfect. And he’s right. He was about 12 weeks at this picture. -
Hooray! We’re back!
Good news: normal Daily Kitten service has been resumed, and we’re really sorry for the delay in getting back online.
So what went wrong? Well, the Daily Kitten was getting so busy when new pictures went online that other websites on the shared server we use were suffering. We had to take our site offline.
In the last two weeks, however, we’ve rummaged round the back of the sofa and emptied the piggy-bank, and rasised the money to buy a shiny new server for the site. In other words, we shouldn’t have any more problems of this sort in future.
So welcome back to you if you’re a regular visitor, and a big hello if you’re here for the first time. Take a look a round, leave a few comments and get to know everybody. We’ve added a new kitten for every day we were offline, so there’s plenty of new pictures to look at…
Have fun!

Lucy
This is Lucy at three weeks old. She was born to a stray cat in my boss’s back yard, and I adopted little Lucy and one of her sisters. (There were four kittens in all, all of whom have found good homes, including the momma cat!) -
Blossom
This is Blossom at nine weeks — already helping me with my excel spreadsheet and the taxes! Now, at 6 months, the clever girl is an avid consumer of current events. She’s chewed up copies of Vanity Fair, the New Yorker and loves to read the daily paper with me, sitting on just the part that I’m trying to read.
