Brother and sister, I got these two shortly after my beloved husband died. At six months now, Digory is gigantic and Lucy is still tiny but holds her own in the daily shenanigans.

Tallulah was about six weeks old when this picture was taken. She grew into an expert tree-climber, daring headboard walker, inquisitive flower-sniffer, and wonderful companion. She passed away last November, just a little shy of 20.

We adopted Stripes and Harmony from our neighbor, who took in a pregnant stray cat, Penny. The kittens are now six months old, and we ended up adopting Penny as well!

This is Stinky Wizelty (the name is from the cartoon Ren and Stimpy), Stinky for short. My husband and I fostered Stinky for over a month. Stinky was originally brought to animal shelter I volunteer at by his rescuers when he was very young, about 1/2 to one week-old, not even old enough to walk or eat on his own. For about two weeks after he was brought to the shelter, he was bottle-fed and taken care of by the director of the animal shelter. At four weeks-old, I brought him home and named him Stinky because he always wore his food on his face and smelt of wet cat food. He has quite a huge personality for such a small kitten. He is very energetic, curious, playful, animated, and fun to be around. He had a strange appetite for whatever I ate, whether it is a peach, a cookie, steak (he loves that), mash potatoes, and surprisingly… vegetables. He has now found a forever home! Who could resist this peachy-colored kitten?

Portia came from my inlaw’s farm, where I caught her in the barn. I’m not quite sure how old she is in this picture, but she enjoyed her kitten milk. Now she loves to drink water from the kitchen and bathroom faucets, and jumps on the washer and plays with the water when it’s filling up.

Mr Otis was found in a freight elevator (hence the name). I took him home to live with his new (feline) big brother Nigel and Canine sister Sami. He fell in love with Sami and rarely leaves her side. Mr. Otis is my first long haired kitty and has fur soft enough to make a chinchilla jealous!
