Gizmo
Location: Gainesville, Georgia, USA
This is Gizmo. He’s about six weeks old. My daughter found him and one other in the woods about a week ago and decided to bring him home. We already have two cats but I couldn’t resist that cute little face. Needless to say, there is never a dull moment with Giz. We also found his little sister a home. -
Lyric, Picola, Blue, Morgan & Jack
Location: Knightdale, North Carolina, USA
This is my new batch of foster kittens. From left to right in this picture:The first black kitten is Lyric, he just mews all the time. The gray/white female is Picola, meaning tiny girl. She is very loving, a lap kitty. The beige kitten I’ve named Blue, in the hope that he keeps his blue eyes. Again, he’s very loving and I think he’ll be lap kitty too. The solid gray male is Morgan. He is very shy, timid, and a bit skittish. The last black male is Jack Sparrow. He is a terror kitty, full of energy and curiosity!
Their mom will be spayed and each of them will find their forever homes since the Johnston County Animal Protection League is a NO KILL shelter. They are only six weeks old. I will socialize them and put them up for adoption in 1 month. It is a true joy to help raise them!

Red Hot Chili Pepper’s Litter
Location: Iowa, USA
Girl “orangies” are rare? I was shocked to get FIVE in this litter. First in line are three of the Maine Coon girls — Pumpkin, Ginger, and Peaches — and then the two boys Sargeant Pepper and Senor Habenero. The other two girls, Talulah and Cayenne, wouldn’t fit. All of them were adopted as much loved pets by my friends. -
The Gang
I’m sure everyone that has had a litter of kittens knows how hard it is to get seven-week old kittens all looking at the camera in one place! But it was worth it! -
Hailey, Brooke, Heather, Rose & Belle
Location: Osceola, Indiana, USA
I got this litter when they were three weeks old. They were put in the night deposit box at the shelter with their mother, Melody. I hurried to get them that day, because young kittens often get exposed to diseases at the shelter and get sick. These five girls stayed healthy. -
Janie, Jake, Jay, Jack, Jasper, & Jasmine
Location: Osceola, Indiana, USA
I foster animals and this litter is the “J” litter (their mother is Jade). I got them from the shelter when they were three weeks old, here they’re around five weeks. -
