He is such a gorgeous little fluff ball! I don’t guess Hector would be deaf, would he? Is he a blue-eyed albino? My parents have a seven year old who was born deaf because of his adorable little eye color/coat color mixture, and it’s my understanding that most are. Just curious. Anyway, I’m so glad your daughter found a new friend and good luck to you and little Hector!
Hector isn’t deaf, he’s a Persian so luckily he doesn’t carry the recessive gene. I know some one who has a white cat with one blue and one green eye who is deaf in one ear…Thank heavens for cats, I consider them the best remedy ever!

Hector, it strikes me that kittens posted on the weekend have fewer posts than ones posted on weekdays. This is blatently unfair. You are gorgeous and on a tuesday or perhaps a thursday would obviously pull 100 comments with ease.

From a long time poster a lot of the comments during the week are done from work. Which for some I wonder what their jobs are.
For all who are curious or maybe don’t know after the first of the year I’m going to compile another list of where the people who contribute to this site are posting from. If you would please include your town state or both. The last time I did this people were surprised that they had been talking to people all over the world.

I too feel sorry for the week-end fuzzbutts. I mean, surely those who post regularly have a moment to post from home unless of course there is no puter in the house.
Chester, I don’t know about mad but he does look somewhat miffed.
For those of us with unfullfilling, boring and/or stress filled jobs, TDK keeps our sanity. I have to keep the sweet kit on my screen all day or else I would cry. (This situation is in the process of being remedied.) The weekday posters miss out on the weekend fluffy loves, at least til Monday.
I think Jane is right and Hector looks like he is about to smack someone or something. All in playful kitten fun.
BTW Teresa in LO is no one new. I’ve been Teresa from CA and Teresa, Mittens and Rocky. (Just can’t decide who I am. Ha ha.) I like the idea of posting your home town so I decided on ‘LO’ for Los Osos, Ca. I was going to use ‘LO, CA’, but any one knowing Spanish would think I thought I was crazy. Ha ha.
Wow, this feels good to have more that half a second to write a comment or getting my break interrupted by work.
That is funny but aren’t we all a bit loca in our own special way. I was confused thinking we had a new person on TDK.
My workload comes in fits and starts rather than being a steady stream, so I have a few minutes here and there to check out the kitties. I’m actually busier at home, not to mention that I stare at a computer screen all week, I don’t want any part of one on the weekend!

Just so you know, I look at the kittens all seven days of the week!
As for me, I check out the kitties on TDK everyday. I look forward to it. I also noticed too, that weekend kitties don’t get many postings. How sad, they are just as deserving.
