I get to eat 2 bowls full yum heeheh well because I add so much cheese and sour cream I have to only fill the bowl half way so it doesn't runith over hahahaha!  &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;Okay sorry I can't remember who I was supposed to email this recipe to once I got it dug out!  It is aslow cook chili stew!  One night shift we were sharing recipes and I mentioned this one my step dad makes and it is now out because we are having it for dinner tonight yummy!  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It may have been requested by CM, SoxsMom, I believe Julie maybe?  So anyone who remembers asking me for it her it is!  And Also I give it for all to enjoy!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This makes 5 to 6 servings&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2 pounds boneless beef chuck or round, cut into 1/2 inch pieces&#60;br /&#62;
2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each can) black beans drained and rinsed&#60;br /&#62;
1 can (10 ounces)  diced tomatoes with green chilies&#60;br /&#62;
1 can (15 ounces) tomatoe sauce&#60;br /&#62;
1 medium onion minced, diced or chopped your choice&#60;br /&#62;
2 teaspoons chili powder&#60;br /&#62;
1/2 teaspoon black pepper&#60;br /&#62;
1 teaspoon salt&#60;br /&#62;
2 teaspoons ground cumin&#60;br /&#62;
1 cup think and chunky salsa&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;1.  in a 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 quart slow cooker, combine all the ingredents together except the salsa; mix well. Cover and cook on high setting for 5 to 5 1/2 hours, or on low setting for 8 to 9 hours, until beef is tender.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2.  Just before serving, stir in salsa, cook for 2 to 3 minutes o until heated through.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;To top off opyional:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;shredded cheese, cour cream and/or diced onion, use with a spoon, or tortillas or tortilla/corn chips&#60;/p&#62;
