Took it slow and steady and didn't worry about being late. Waited till they plowed the roads and then hubby went and sanded the bottom of the hill. In these lake communities, they have barrels of sand so you can do it yourself, although a town sander has been known to come in when they're finished doing town roads - lake community roads are considered private. It's tough for them, though, because the roads are so narrow.
