Your friend will no longer be in pain, she is an Angel now.. </p> http://www.dailykitten.com/chat/topic/10327#post-256801 Thu, 09 Oct 2008 09:16:44 +0000 sullis 256801@http://www.dailykitten.com/chat/ <p>I found out this morning that a dear friend of mine lost her fight with lymphoma....It was quite a shock; over the past 3 years, she has battled lymphoma; had breast cancer(with the lymphoma returning); deemed clear of everything this past Mother's Day (and she celebrated by finally being able to cut and color her returning hair) only to have the lymphoma return aggressively this past July..<br /> After 2 intensive rounds of chemo while hospitalized, she had her stem cells harvested, and was awaiting hospital admittance (scheduled the first week of Oct) I met her for coffee 2 Wednesdays ago; she looked tired, but her spirit remained indomitable, and she was looking forward to getting the last round of her treatment behind her and getting on with her life........Sara was only 59..<br /> If you guys could just keep her in your thoughts today, I would be so grateful..she handled all these tribulations with grace and perserverance, and to know her was to love her...I am so saddened by her sudden loss...Tks much, TKD family<br /> Sheila </p>
