That said, the quality of the food available in pubs, etc. has improved tremendously since I visited here the first time 16 years ago. Unfortunately, the afternoon was cut a bit short, as since we were there last, the pub's decided to close on Saturday afternoons, but we held out til they turned the lights out at 3.30!!! No pictures this times, which is a great shame as PM turned up and departed in full bikers leathers whch was very impressive!</p> <p>OK, cut to the important bit : we all had Hunters Chicken (chicken breast smothered in cheese and...BACON! - and served with BBQ sauce), PM was good and only had coffee for dessert, but Rubia and I indulged with chocolate ice cream and chocolate torte with walnut ice cream respectively. Yum!!! </p>
