Very few people were at class yesterday. I had a lecture hall that usually has 80 people and we had MAYBE 20 there. In another class my teacher didn't even bother taking attendance because he said he didn't think we should have school anyways.</p> <p>Right now there is a giant ice patch on the street outside my window. Every time the stop light turns from red to green, the second car in line skids adn gets stuck and everyone honks like crazy at them. This has happened literally EVERY time the light has turned green since about 6 AM. It's starting to get on my nerves. I feel so bad for all the drivers, though. We used to live in NY and I remember one time it snowed 24" in 12 hours. Of course, being a Texan, I had never seen anything like it. We lived on an Army post and the MP's said that we had to keep our driveways shoveled. I tried but couldn't even stay ahead of the snowfall. Then I began to realize that I was the only one out shoveling.
