I thought I was going to need a valium as I was missing my TDK! Anyways, I keep telling myself in two weeks this will all be over and I will be well on my way to recovery. I can't wait, the headaches are coming back full force and the doc gave me some heavy duty pain meds BUT the insurance company said he gave me too many and won't let me have more for another 30 days! YIKES! I am having a lot of trouble with my left foot again and it bleeding raw from my curling up toes in my shoes. I went through that same agonizing waiting period when I had surgery eight years ago. The outcome was in doubt right up until the pathologist's report came back to the OR. Of course, I didn't find out about it until I woke up in the recovery room. But it was good news. So hold your hopes up, MC. The 15 days will be over before you know it. And never feel awkward about asking for prayers and good thoughts.
