Stoopid cat... Baz was mentally 'special'. Not very bright, peed everywhere, but he sure was a lover.</p> <p>I was sitting at my computer, smelled burnt hair, and then noticed Basil making a beeline OUT of the living room. I checked him and yupper...singed his side and whiskers. Sigh. He didn't do that again.</p> <p>My husband used to have a small tuft of hair in the middle of his forehead. He leaned over a candle one time to reach something and the tuft caught fire. I did the first thing that came to my mind...I slapped his forehead with the flat of my palm. He was so astonished..the look on his face was priceless. Sometimes you find them lying around on the floor. They will slowly grow back and the curled ends will either uncurl or wear off.
