<description>&#60;p&#62;Will kitty let you peel open the eye to look?  If you see damage, you know to quickly get to the vet.  If not you can use the same soothing tear replacement drops you use for yourself.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I would wait a day--if it doesn't improve then go to the vet. Cat's eyes are very resilient, they have a think coating over the iris to protect from injury. If the discharge is yellow, then bring her in, that means an infection.
