Any good restaurant should be able to serve either the way you want it though. I made a marinade of red wine, worschestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic and a bit of brown sugar. I only let them marinate for an hour. Dried them off, salt and peppered and they were good to go! A ribeye is wonderful well done because of all the marbling, which creates flavor. They were shaped like hamburger patties and were meant to be grilled and then put whatever you wanted on them. Well, we like shrimp a lot but there are no words to describe how incredibly nasty they tasted. I took one bite and the rest went in the trash. The texture was just yucky!</p> <p>But actually, the salmon burgers sounded good to me, except I would use fresh salmon, I think. </p>
