Instinct, I worked for ATT, it's hell on the inside too. Pushing 0 used to get you to a real live person but it doesn't always work that way anymore. Sometimes, when you come to the end of the automated sentence if you don't do anything and just wait, there will be a long pause and then the system will say if you want to speak to a person push whatever. Sometimes I just push whatever, until I get to a real person even though it is wrong and have that person transfer me and/or give me the correct number to call.
