wow good work! we love our kitties so much its awful to see them in pain or even uncomfortable. i actually had an ulcer on my eye a few years ago and it was one of the most painful things i've endured in my life-- just the lid touching my eye was excruciating. i actually went blind for 3 weeks since the cheesy white stuff covered my iris. i'm glad you were able to help your sweet moggy. i have 2 myself (Stella and Ruby) but also raised a litter of abandoned kittens (Ruby's siblings) 2 of which unfortunately had to be put down just weeks after i had given them away due to an awful genetic disease that cause their skin to tear in awful and painful ways just from moving or playing with a string. the skin was extremely fragile (feline cutaneous asthenia) and i just deleted a graphic description of what happened to one poor little kitten. anyways, i just wanted to say that i am a fellow cat owner who is glad to have found this forum since most of the people i know in real life don't understand jsut how much i love my kitties and how to me they are just as important (more really) than any of the humans in my life and how i would do anything for them!

Hello I'm new here.I love my puddy cat to death.I call her Moggy. I got her at Cat Rescue. Not long after getting her she got a problem with her right eye. After many trips to the vet she was diagnosed with EK. I spent 1,000s of dollars at the vet even had to get a credit card for opperation for her.Still didn't fix problem. She even ended up with ulserated eye.Finely after many months threw medications away(that didn't work anyway)and started useing Collidal Silver, a few drops in her eye 2-3 times a day, also added it to her water.EK suposed to be a virus, and Collidal Silver is suposed to kill any virus. So thought I couldn'd do any worse than the vet so I tried it. GUESS WHAT IT WORKED.After about a month or 2 the white cheesey bits that were growing over her eye have disapeared. Now I can see her beautiful eyes so clear and shiny it makes my heart glad.I make my own Silver so it has ended up so cheep after all the money I spent at the vets.
