I have four cats, and it never fails, that everytime I use the bathroom, at least three kitties will come in to keep me company. I laugh and ask them, "Hey, do I bother you when you're in the litter box"? I have no idea why they love to bother me when I'm on the potty, when I am available to my kitties 24/7. Silly kitties! lol!

Yup, I have company in the bathroom - it's Eric's favourite place in the house, he charges at the door and errupts into the room. He rubs round my ankles, whilst Pickle will jump on my lap. Button doesn't do bathrooms, she considers them beneath her :o)

My Max actually jumps up into my lap while I potty. He considers it one on one cuddle time with me!

Yep, my take on it is that they don't want you to fall 'in' because who would feed them??? Lol, I have no clue why they do it but a couple of mine will run from wherever they are to do that, and brushing my teeth must be fascinating since they want to sit in the sink while I am doing that.
