As a child living in East Tennessee there used to be lots of bear sightings. Now it is a rarity. Sad. On the brighter side for the bears, it is no longer common to see bears in cages at every gas station and junk shop that borders the Smokie Mtn. Animal control will try to find this bear, tag it, and relocate it to a state forest north Jersey, not too far from where this happened. </p>
