They had planned on 60. Even the head of my hubby's company didn't show up--I personally thought that was a bit tacky. Anyway those that went had a good time--many left there and went for drinks at Chili's. I did my grocery shopping and went and signed a six month lease for my apartment. I end up paying $25 more a month which I am not happy about but even though I tried they wouldn't budge on that. She started to say I would also be paying pet rent and I said, what..and she said oh sorry that is only for new tenants, not current tenants so she said there wasn't any pet rent for me. I informed her that I wouldn't be signing if I was to end up paying pet rent. Also found out that if I want to move to third floor unit in the complex, that more than likely I would have to pay to clean the unit and any paint touch ups and then would have to pay all over again a new deposit for the new place.
