<description>&#60;p&#62;I was at the gym at my usual 5:45 am today.  Today I did 1/2 hour on the elliptical and 1/2 on the bike, both at interval training.  Then 1/2 hour of leg weights.  &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;We seem to be late getting this thread started today.  (Maybe all the TDK are still at the Gym?)  I managed to get to the gym today - later in the week seems to be when I slack off more often.  Today did 30 minutes on the Treadclimber and then about 20 minutes of upper body strength training.  I need more of that but anyone know any good sites for exercises for that?  I don't like the machines because most of them just can't be adjusted enough for short fat women.
